Such a thing has never happened to me in my life, the most obscene, horrible, shameful and unsanitary experience I have ever had. Let's start with the booking, we book a triple room at this B&B through a comparison site, we really like the photo of the triple room, as you can see, we go to other sites to look for other photos and we find the ones attached so, convinced, we book! Arriving at the B&B, Elena welcomes us at the reception, (the reception is on the left while the corridor to the rooms is on the right), she shows us the breakfast room and tells us that, if desired, the room can also be used to have lunches and dinners if want (there is a small shared fridge where you can leave the dishes you have bought); I ask for payment and she tells me that if I paid first it was better for her, so I paid in advance (as you can see in the picture), WELL NEVER DO THAT! So far so good until he shows us the room, well you know the corridor of the rooms mentioned above? I dreamed it, my room was next to the reception desk in a cheap plastic office door, I didn't want to believe it, we were shown the room and... panic! The room not only cannot be defined as a B&B room (I would offend this category) but as a 0-star hostel (if I don't put 0 stars I would also offend this other category), it had hygienic and sanitary deficiencies which, if shown to any operator of the sector, this "room" was demolished and this B&B was promptly CLOSED. I document everything with the photos where you can see 1 – mold and grazes on the ceiling, a sign of dated infiltrations 2 – mold and rust in the shower 3 – mold and non-sealing of the sanitary ware 4 – rusty radiator with mold and water leak, with bowl for collecting the water and underlying cloth to collect the water that leaks from the bowl. Furthermore, the room communicates with a thin, not at all soundproofed room with the breakfast room which is also used for lunches and dinners and therefore you can well understand how no sleep at all but we'll get to that later; the nice thing is that I had warned that with me and my partner there was a 1 year old baby and giving such a room to a family with a baby is nothing short of shameful. Elena tells us that she gives this room to families because you want or don't want the little ones to make noise at night, I didn't want to believe it, how can she give a room like this, poor from every point of view of hygiene, to families , for this alone it should close for me.
