We stayed 3 nights at Casa Mirko on our very brief visit to Tuscany and it couldn't have been more comfortable and welcoming by Walter. He is a great host, helped us with any questions we had and produced the most delicious breakfast daily. If you want an apartment style place to stay, with your own bathroom and want guaranteed comfort and cleanliness, then Casa Mirko is for you. Being only 10/15 mins walk to the middle of Arezzo is a complete added bonus but there is parking right next to the B&B if you have a car. Highly recommend.

Great location within 10 minutes walk from Piazza Grande. Directly by a nice park (which we would have enjoyed if we’d stayed for longer than one night). Convenient on-site parking, all amenities, spotless, spacious, modern and very clean rooms, and friendly host. Would definitely stay there again!

Un B& B di un livello superiore...pulizia impeccabile, cortesia dell'Host. Tantissima cura con dei dettagli che fanno la differenza, ad esempio la piastra per i capelli in ogni cambio dei kit ben forniti per il cucito. Insuperabile Addirittura all'ingresso 1 ombrello per ogni stanza!!!

Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Abbiamo trovato un parcheggio custodito per la nostra moto, comodissimo e sicuro. Il sig. Walter è una persona squisita: cordiale, gentile e molto professionale. La struttura è splendida, la camera pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort, con tantissime attenzioni per ogni esigenza. Nella cucina in condivisione ci sono sempre a disposizione acqua fresca da erogatore, vino, ghiaccio, caffè e tisane. La colazione, ricca e curata sia dolce che salata, viene servita in giardino dal sig. Walter, in un’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Ci ha fornito anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare ad Arezzo e dove mangiare bene a buon prezzo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un’esperienza davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. Consigliatissimo!

Séjour et accueil parfait. Tout a été pensé dans les chambres pour ne manquer de rien. Trousse de couture, fer à repasser,.... Incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner en fonction de nos envies était parfait avec des produits de qualité. Le propriétaire est à l écoute de toutes nos questions et de très très bons conseils pour des restaurants typiques. Quand à la propreté rien à redire. Merci beaucoup monsieur

Non lontano dalla stazione e vicinissimi al centro, questo B&B è una vera gemma. Le camere di recente ristrutturazione, offrono vari comfort che non tutti i B&B possono offrire. Ad esempio ho trovato molto bello lo spazio interno con disponibilità continua di acqua, vino (alla mescita), caffè e the, nell'area break comune. Materasso di qualità così come la TV, insonorizzazione della stanza e tanto altro. Nel bagno, oltre alla classica fornitura di saponi, oltre al phone c'è anche una piastra per i capelli che sicuramente il mondo femminile, non può che non apprezzare. Last but not least, parcheggio interno che nelle ore serali/notturne rimane chiuso. Sinceri complimenti al proprietario Walter per tutta la struttura!

Confermate tutte le prime impressioni, questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno e torneremo. B&B con tutte le comodità, a cominciare dal parcheggio e dalla vicinanza con la zona pedonale. Interno ben curato, nota di merito per il materasso da ben 30 cm su cui si dorme divinamente. Dovessimo proprio trovare dei difetti, segnaliamo la mancanza del bidet (c'è il doccino laterale al wc) e la colazione un po' troppo base. Ma davvero è una ottima soluzione se si passa per Arezzo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte di passaggio ad Arezzo si trova nelle vicinanze della stazione, struttura molto bella e molto curata, colazione sia dolce che salata. Mi è molto piaciuto la fontanella di acqua e vino a disposizione dei clienti e la frutta.
