Very nice and confy room. Top quality breakfast, with home made products: porridge and kefir eccellent!! Very clean and close to the center. Highly recomanded. Ferdinando and Valentino really very nice

t took me some time to decide how to rate this place, as the experience had both strong positives and few areas for improvement. Positives: Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and excellent cleanliness. The staff were kind, attentive, and always available. Overall, the room quality is definitely solid. Areas for improvement: Breakfast: the “all natural” concept left us unconvinced. As food lovers, we found the lack of fresh pastries or cold cuts disappointing. In the end, nearby cafés became our guilty pleasure saviors. Wellness: Not really convinced ( but we are probably for this the wrong customer target ) by the esoteric vision. Overall: The location is strategic, the rooms are high-quality and well-kept, but both the “wellness” offering and the breakfast feel more like ideas in development than finished experiences and have further potential.

Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!

What a lovely B&B just a few minutes walk to the city center in Arezzo. We arrived very early due to a train strike which necessitated taking a car service from Nocera Umbra to Arezzo. The charming owners let us drop our bags so we could walk around town unencumbered. Once we checked into our room, we were so pleased with how thoughtfully appointed everything is. Simple, elegant, and beautiful. Our room even has a little private terrace where I am writing this review. I do suggest having a data plan on your phone as Wi-Fi here and throughout the region can be spotty. The breakfast was also simple but perfect. Homemade yogurt with all the toppings is one of my favorite things, so I was more than happy! Lovely cappuccino and americqno coffee were had on the beautiful and oh so fragrant terrace. I think it was the honeysuckle that just was divine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owners had a large assortment of gluten and dairy free items if that’s a concern. They even make homemade soy yogurt.

Host was very friendly and available. Room was clean and breakfast was healthy!

Absolutely perfect B&B. The passion this owner has for his place is extraordinarily clear...from fresh homemade yogurt each morning, to the details of your stay, absolute excellence on all fronts. Wonderful courtyard and delicious espresso are a great launch for each day of your stay in Arezzo. We have stayed in a lot of B&Bs across Europe and US, and this was a top five hands down. Well done!
