Camere pulite, spaziose. Per un 4* preferirei trovare in camera bollitore con caffè, the & Co.

Hotel room full of mosquitos you cannot sleep because of mosquito bites Reception desk told they cannot provide any mosquito sprays or they will not buy any from the store The aircondition does not cool you cannot open windows because of mosquitos entering the room The management is not helping except changing the room but there are mosquitos everywhere Not recommended to stay in this hotel

The hotel is very conveniently located close to one of the city's entry gates. It is possible to drive directly into a garage that is a few yards from the hotel. The reception staff was very helpful providing directions, instructions for parking, and recommendations for restaurants and sites. It is located within a 10-15 minute walk of all the interesting sites of Volterra. The room was average but clean, quiet and it had a view to the hotel's pool.

Fantastic hotel for any kind of stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasteful breakfast and dinners. Room door could be better muted. Quiet location although not so closed to the city center, but with the car or public transport it's just around 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town.

DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO Hotel nella media, buona colazione, ma recensione negativa. Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO. Lo farò presente anche nella mia azienda per evitare di far pernottare noi dipendenti li.
