Cuando desconocen de un servicio que ofrecen (cómo el de Booking, para el cobro) se desesperan y comienzan a tratar de una manera poco cortés al huésped, tienen una pésima comunicación, y si uno pide el Libro de Reclamaciones, pues no lo tienen. Lo que inicialmente fue una agradable estadía se altera por el desconocimiento, cerrarse en no buscar soluciones. Es un lugar que no recomiendo por el no manejo de situaciones. Igualmente se pagó el servicio directamente, a pesar que podían haber hecho el débito a través de la tarjeta ingresada en Booking.

Uno se siente como en casa! Es una vieja casona colonial con un muy lindo patio y mesitas, y sobre todo un hermoso jardín con sofás para pasar el rato. La habitación que me toco frente al jardín es muy cálida y cómoda, con una mesita para trabajar, microondas y heladera. El wifi es muy bueno (suficientemente bueno para trabajar!). La cama es muy cómoda y con un buen colchón. La habitación es bastante templada, considerando que no hay calefacción, y después de las 10pm no hay un ruido, lo cual es genial para descansar. Es un hotel bastante tranquilo y los empleados son muy simpáticos y serviciales. Los aspectos ligeramente negativos son: - El desayuno no es bueno. Podrían directamente no ofrecerlo ya que hay lugares muy lindos para desayunar en la zona, como Ristretto Café o Il Café della Nonna. - Son un poco obsesivos con las medidas de seguridad anti-Covid. Es medio militar el asunto. - Por la mañana sí que hay un poco de ruido. Los movimientos de los empleados o de los otros huéspedes comienzan temprano y hay sistemáticamente un camión que pasa por la puerta todos los días a las 6:30 de la mañana tocando la canción de La Sirenita!!! Pero se escucha de lejos por suerte. - Las almohadas son súper duras. Pese a esto le pongo 5 estrellas porque mi estadía fue realmente muy agradable. Volvería sin pensarlo!
