In a very quiet neighborhood, clean and sanitary, about 20 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, there are no places to eat around, but the hotel provides meals, and there is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The service is good, breakfast is one person, cooked to order. Hot water is also good. The only uncomfortable thing is that the floor is waxed and it makes a sizzling sound when walking, and it is best to wear only socks when moving around in the room.

This is a modern hotel with nice helpful staff. It is very clean and neat with comfortable beds. The winged-back arm chair was the perfect size. The mini-fridge is nice to have in the room. The restaurant is on the top floor in addition to a small exercise room. The hotel is in a residential area making for quiet nights. It is a short ride to the historical center. An enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood. For the money you can't go wrong. Friendly and helpfull people. The rooms are big with good beds. Bathroom was clean with finely a proper shower. At 5th floor an good restaurant if you don't want to go out for diner. Also breakfast was delicious. If I come back to Arequipa I stay here again.

The hotel was a bit removed from the historic district, but the staff were super nice and the rooms were squeaky clean. I was happy there was a treadmill and basic gym. The breakfast was ok but the two dinners we had were mediocre. We were also really happy that the staff let us check in early.

The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! So spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed and pillows, amazing shower, great supply of shampoo, soap and conditioner, laundry service. Included in the very reasonable price is a superb breakfast with many choices of main and endless supply of coffee, tea as well as fruit, juice, bread and sweets. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, professional and available 24 hours a day. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a wonderful view from the restaurant windows. I would not hesitate to totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa. Definitely 5 stars!

Was a very comfortable room and reception service good. Experience was dampened by the chef who "couldn't" replace one ingredient in a burger for another. Odd inflexibility from an otherwise nice hotel.
