Good location, newly renovated, clean and modern. But the cleaners are not trained, I put up do not disturb sign and they still keep knocking at my door when I was sleeping.

1⃣️Service: I stayed for four days. The staff at the front desk and those who made breakfast in the morning were very enthusiastic. All the services I needed were met. I had to borrow a microwave oven for the unfinished meals outside at noon and the unfinished pizza in the morning. One bag to take away, they were very enthusiastic and responded to my request
2⃣️Network: The WiFi on the computer is okay, but the mobile version is too slow. I feel this is a common problem in Peru.
3⃣️Location: In the most prosperous part of the city, there are many barber shops💈 and gourmet restaurants. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient.
4⃣️Experience of staying: It was very quiet at 10 o'clock in the evening. The hotel decoration is very modern. There is free water, hot water, coffee, and local tea downstairs for self-service. If you are working, the table is a bit high.

A visit to Viza Hotel is absolutely great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as it is just 5 minutes walk from the centre. Absolutely worth it

Fantastic rooms for the price! Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable! Wanted to book a nice hotel for my last few days in Peru and I was so thrilled I chose Viza Hotel. I asked if I could have an early check in (5am) as I was arriving from another city via night bus. I was charged half the price of the night (100soles) which was reasonable. The bathroom was decent with a proper rain shower. Breakfast was average. The rooftop was closed during my stay. Overall good nice hotel right in the heart of the city!

My first day room had no exhaust fan in the bathroom and obviously, there was mold on the ceiling. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they had moved me to a different room the next day. Which was nice of them. Pros - Rooms are generally clean and nice to be in. Cons: - Rooms with windows towards the streets get a lot of noise from the streets. Only until 9-10pm. - My first room had mold in the bathroom Overall, my stay was pleasant.

I recommend it because of the location close to the square, attention, cleanliness and very good buffet breakfast. In any case, I would suggest opening the terrace earlier to better appreciate the landscape.
