FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I was checking the prices to go for the new year's eve and was about to buy. An hour later the DOUBLED the prices for the same nights. Avoid this place. Family also said the food is barely edible and it doesn't even have a good beach nearby.

I traveled with my girlfriend in January and it was the best experience I've ever had, I stayed 2 days and they were unforgettable. Very good atmosphere, excellent food, extreme sports and more. I would return without thinking

The air conditioners in the rooms did not work properly. All inclusive isn't as advertised. If you wanted name brand products you were asked to pay extra. A large percentage of the activities were closed. If you wanted to be transported within the compounds you'd have to wait at least 15 minutes for a ride. You're given a certain time frame to get the food that's offered. If you wait till the last minute you basically eat whatever is left & can't ask for anything else. They have people there trying to scam or force you into some membership for traveling. I didn't allow them to do that. I wouldn't go there again. They don't understand the concept of all inclusive & the website pictures are misleading.

Instalaciones excelentes, bien mantenidas, cómodas y limpias, la comida muy buena, el spa excelente, la animación en la piscina poco creativa, definitivamente les falta mucho en experiencia del cliente, fuimos por el cumpleaños de mi esposa, pedimos bicicletas que ofrecen en la web, nos dijeron que las tenían todas en mantenimiento; luego decidimos salir a caminar, y cuando estábamos pasando por el zoo que queda dentro del resort, nos grita el chofer desde un bus que lleva a los huéspedes hacia el zoo “que no podemos estar ahí”, y luego nos alcanza una camioneta indicándonos que no podemos caminar por ahí, que es “propiedad privada”, cuando en ninguna parte hay alertas de “no pasar” o “no caminar”, eso fue una experiencia desagradable. Además al momento del check in le ofrecieron un detalle de cumpleaños a mi esposa, en la cena, les recordamos, y nunca llegó.

El paisaje es hermoso, todo muy limpio, la gente amable, un excelente servicio al cliente. Las actividades que ofrecen son divertidas y cuentan con la seguridad que requieren. Tienen la mejor vista para el atardecer. Fuimos en familia y mis hijos disfrutaron al máximo todo lo que ofrece el resort.

Viajamos con el grado de la escuela de mi hija, papás o mamás e hijos, en algunos casos familias completas. Fue una grata experiencia y tiempo para compartir. En general nos sentimos muy cómodos. Valoro que se nos haya permitido el acceso antes de la hora que indica el contrato, porque eramos un grupo que venia viajándo desde otra provincia y con niños, no tuvimos todos las habitaciones pero nos acomodamos.

Acorde al marketing y al precio pagado se espera otro tipo de instalaciones comida, atención y servicio. Deben publicar realmente lo que son y no esa publicidad engañosa y falsa. Todo está completamente descuidado y destruido. En el área de niños no hay mesas, sillas sucias, piscina sucia, comida pésima, etc. No volvería ni recomendaría a nadie este lugar.
