The spa person was nice but you have to bring a towel and a hat from home, because if they don't charge you...the spa is very small. Very little buffet dinner to choose from, but things were good. The tiny TV and the connection fails a lot. Breakfast closes very early. In short, I do not recommend it at all. I have been very disappointed.

The hotel is located in the town of Areatza, near Gorbea. It is a very quiet town (too much for my taste) where calm and tranquility reign. Easy parking, within the hotel's own grounds. The facilities are already a bit "worn" by the passage of time, but you still feel comfortable inside. The rooms are spacious and I really liked the mattress. The Spa area is small but complete. Jets, sauna, hamman, etc... The buffet, both for dinner and breakfast, is a bit weak in my opinion.

Hotel muy muy justito, te alojas con un pack romántico y te ponen habitación con 2 camas, peligrosa bañera donde es muy fácil resbalar y no puedes utilizar la ducha. El pack incluye uso del balneario pero si quieres albornoz para ir con el bañador desde la habitación al spa te cobran 5€ por unidad. El spa es pequeñito y mucha gente a la vez. muchas humedades por todo el hotel, necesita una reforma integral. El buffet de la cena es lamentable, de 3 bandejas, había 2 vacías y gente esperando algo para comer.Si no tienes la cena incluida con el alojamiento pagarás 14€ por persona. El desayuno más de lo mismo. No recomiendo alojarse aquí.
