Overall, a good hotel with a fantastic location and stunning views. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the room cleaning service was disappointing. During our entire week, they only changed the towels and made the bed the sink and shower were never cleaned. In addition, housekeeping often came after 5 PM, which was inconvenient as we wanted to shower and get ready after returning from the beach but didn’t have fresh towels yet. With a little improvement in housekeeping, this hotel could be an excellent choice.

Excellent place to stay in Menorca, good food, great evening entertainment, friendly staff who "go the extra mile" to please. The views of the bay from the terrace are breathtaking, you can see all the bay lit up at night, and watch the swallows and bats hunting. Go there, stay there and enjoy yourself, we did...

I wanted to write this review, after having such a brilliant trip away. This trip, with Jet2, to Floramar Cala Galdana, was our first trip abroad since 2019 and our first with our recently turned 4year old. Whilst not a hotel with things specific to kids (kids clubs, a kid orientated pool - which we didn’t want), kids were very welcome. Our little boy found other kids to play with on the trip. It’s a lovely relaxed setting, not too lively or rowdy - again very much what we wanted. All of the staff were brilliant, bar staff and waiting staff, very helpful and friendly with some great options for drinks, the catering and cooks did a brilliant job, the breakfast and evening meal spreads were brilliant, special mentions to Spanish evening, the South East Asian evening and BBQ Friday. It is up a hill so a 15minute walk to the beach, but nothing too difficult if you don’t have any issues and it’s a fabulous beautiful beach. The pool is very nice and it was generally a hotel (and this may of been lucky) populated with other guests of a similar relaxed mindset, no crazy scramble for the pool deck beds for example and the meal times weren’t a scrum. I had forgotten how lovely the simple but always clean elegant Spanish hotel bathrooms are with a perfect high pressure shower and big sink. The hotel throughout was simply but elegantly decorated. And the highest praise I can give is as we are starting to think of our 2026 holiday we are giving though to revisiting again.

Just had a week at Floramar hotel. I was really excited to be staying at a hotel with such great reviews but was disappointed staying here. First I was expecting 2 bedroom superior sea view apartment. I unfortunately had a one bedroom apartment which I had to share with two adult daughters and my husband. My daughter has special needs so required 2 bedrooms. On arrival I was told none were available. I got told this was a booking problem with LoveHolidays. I paid a lot of money for Bed and Breakfast 6.5 night stay. Drinks and food is expensive and they don’t take cash. Might as well use restaurants around the Cala Galdana. Breakfast was nice but always cold even when arriving at 8.15am. I asked about housekeeping on reception as our balcony and floors were never swept or cleaned. I was told by reception this would be done but never was. No tips for housekeeping. They also have bad body odour which isn’t pleasant when they enter your room. Views are beautiful. Hotel up a big hill and we never saw taxis. Very small resort and not many restaurants even in August, We won’t be returning! Expensive holiday!

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the resort. Hotel facilities good with a great size pool in an elevated position overlooking the bay. Generously proportioned room and good food offering for breakfast. All other meals we had outside the hotel, so can’t comment about dinner.
