Second time to this hotel. The area is lovely and the hotel is set back from the beach but only a short walk. As a resort its quiet, every thing closes at 11 but thats perfect for what we like. As for the hotel, we love it here, the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Food is great, we never ate outside of the hotel as the food was so good. We stayed in the apartments rather than the hotel and had a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen/living room which we liked. There are two pools and the smaller pool is the one we used and (outside of school hols) was very quiet. It only opened at 10am and there was no rush to get a bed etc, however there could have been more umbrellas as not enough to go round. We will definitely return as we love it here but couldnt quite award a 5 out of 5 as there were a few minor niggles. 1. Not enough Umbrellas. On our previous stay every 2 beds had one, but this time there were far less. 2. Wifi - The wifi is terrible, low reception and constant drops. 3. Television service was poor. Only a few English speaking channels and they didnt work properly constantly cutting out etc. Overall this hotel is excellent.

Fabulous, the food was so good and lots of choices. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location and the Micheal Jackson show was amazing . Would recommend!! More for family and mature holiday makers. Sun beds slight problem but is everywhere

Can't fault them at all. From the time we walked through the doors.. we had our 43 anniversary there. And this in the photo section is what we had waiting for us when we returned to our room.. Pure class.

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful pool and excellent food! We really enjoyed our stay here except for one thing - our room wasn’t in the main building that you see in the picture, it was at the side of the main building. Our problem was access - from road level there were 4 flights of stairs to our room and at our age, 76 & 77, this wasn’t good in 34 deg heat!! We wished we’d asked to be moved but after we’d unpacked we decided to stay put! Also, you need to be very tall to be able to hang your clothes on the rail because I had to ask my partner to hang things up for me because I couldn’t reach!. Apart from that we had a great time in Cala Galdana!

Just returned today from this lovely hotel, have a few niggles to share, checked in with no problems, entered room and was a bit disappointed about the size of the room and location as was at back of hotel that got hardly ever got sunshine and no view, bathrooms were very small with a small shower . These rooms are not soundproofed in any way and can hear everything, yes everything next door.. The buffet dining room was good always plenty of choice and always hot. If anyone dsnt like the food choice must be very fussy, all the waiters are amazing and work extremely hard. Pool area is great plenty sunbeds to go round ,although there are always the ignorant ones that think they can put towels out at 9am and turn up at 4pm this is so wrong in my opinion and needs sorting. We met loads of lovely friendly people that mad the holiday great and will never forget them, Cala Galdana is a lovely resort and a beautiful beach.
