Just come back from a 4 night stay at the aluasun lago apartments what a fantastic holiday apartments need updating but very clean we had ground floor get upstairs all we could hear was scraping of the chairs play area right outside room both kids 20 months and 8 loved it staff very friendly and helpful pool freezing but food very good also enjoyed the entertainment we could see the harbour from our room couldn't ask for any better apartments right in center of cala n bosch restaurant below were great didn't like chaplains went on boat trip to gala gardens was brilliant the only thing that was disappointing was things were closing up and the supermarkets didn't have much on the shelves it was only the end of September the season end the end of October the guitarist in the square on a night was very good can't wait to go again what a fantastic holiday we had

Can’t fault the location of these apartments, they were basic but had everything we could need, the food was as tasteless as you would expect from mass catering quality, but a decent selection, the drinks options at the bar were pretty poor though. We had a 2 bedroom apartment & it was a good enough size for the 3 of us but we couldn’t use our terrace/patio area as it was sheltered by trees so no sun or view of any kind. If i came back to the area, I would use this hotel/apartments again

First impressions, room very basic and in need of refurbishment. We spent 10 days in a two bedroom apartment away from main building which was ideal location. Pool too small for the amount of people but we used the pool across the road at the other block, or Aquarock which the kids enjoyed. We were half board. Breakfast was excellent and the few times we ate dinner there, found it very good. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly,especially the reception staff. Location is perfect. Just outside and you're at the Marina, 5-10 min to the beach, 5 min to waterpark and approximately 20 minutes to the lighthouse for the perfect sunset. Do feel that Jet2 have this property overpriced though

Our last day at these lovely apartments. Self catering family of 2 adults and an 11 year old. Have had a lovely week, grounds and rooms lovely... 3 star and yes in some places in need of a spruce up but nothing major. Towels changed every day and bedding when needed but beds made every day, bins emptied etc. downside was the bar card reader not working fairly often but cash point across the road so no biggy. Pool bar food has been enjoyed by us all and our 11 year old thinks they are the best chips ever (crispy and not soggy) . Definitely need bigger cups in the room but everything you need for self catering. Water park is fantastic for all ages, apartments right by the marina with lots of bars and restaurants. Really good choice of food. Not struggled for sun beds but could definitely do with more parasols. Evening entertainment...mini disco is obviously more for little ones but live music twice and an acrobat show whilst here has been a pleasant surprise. Yes they have a TV in the bar that has been showing the Euros . Would we come again.... Absolutely. Staff are friendly and everything has been what we expected of a 3*. Check out Tom's bar across the road, always busy for reason with a Spanish guitarist every night in the square on which Tom's sits. Recommend a boat trip with Amigos... Good value and beautiful beaches we would never have seen... And one very happy 11 year old got to swim with fishes in the sea.... Be warned no life jackets offered so if needed take your own floats etc. local each is beautiful and a 10 minutes stroll.

Ok so I’m going to try and be fair with my review. We didn’t pay a lot to stay at this hotel (and you do get what you pay for). This isn’t meant to put anyone off it’s just to manage expectations. You’re not paying for luxury so you won’t get it.I’ll start with our arrival… Reception: 10/10: a warm welcome, reception is nicely decorated, staff very friendly and efficient. We were given clear instructions for our stay and a great map to help us find our room. The grounds: 7/10: most areas are pretty with lots of plants and flowers, there a lots of steps everywhere! Some of the tiles were badly damaged and cracked or had chunks missing. There also seems to be an issue with bird poo. It’s everywhere. The Room: 4/10: very very basic and in dire need of an upgrade. The sofas and curtains were dirty and the patio area was so bad it was not somewhere you’d want to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Again the tiles on the stairs up to our room were cracked and damaged and mired in bird poo which never gets cleaned. The patio furniture has also seen much better days and needs replacing. The beds were not comfy and more adequate bedding would have been nice. The weather wasn’t great on some days and it was cold at night. One sheet and a flimsy blanket just wasn’t enough for me and on the last night I struggled to sleep. The TV is tiny! The kitchen is basic and bathroom is ok it’s or ably the cleanest part of the accommodation our room had a nice bath but don’t expect much from the shower it’s just a hose attached to the wall. The pool: 8/10: pool is nice and area is clean. Loads of sunbeds but probably too many really as packed together like sardines. Hardly and gaps to walk through so people can get really close trying to pass. Bar/Restaurant: can’t score this as we didn’t use although the setting over looking the pool looked nice. Overall if you’re not paying over the odds and you’re happy to go basic then you’ll probably love it, there are loads of bars and restaurants right outside and the hotel overlooks the marina. If they upgraded the rooms and patio area I’d have no hesitation in returning but with the rooms as they are they're just a little too basic for my liking and I’d rather pay a bit more for either upgraded rooms or another hotel with better quality accommodation.

From the minute I arrived at these apartments I was happy and felt relaxed. My first ever solo holiday since my husband passed away and I chose Cala en Bosch as we visited there on holiday for 15 years, so I knew the area. I was greeted by a cheerful young lady on reception and then given my room number and directed where to go and was given a map of the grounds. After entering my apartment my first thoughts were wow. It was a one bedroom apartment, with 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. My towels were changed daily and the bedding when I placed the card on the bed was also changed once during my stay. The beds were so comfortable i was in no rush to get up on a morning. It is in a fabulous position for the restaurants, bars, the beach, a walk into Son Xoriguer beach and even the bus stop into Ciutadella. They had night time entertainment at the poolside which I was not expecting and during the day...no sunbed wars. Plenty of beds for everyone! I had one small issue with the microwave not working and once i mentioned it to the reception, it was replaced within 20 minutes. Although I was self catering and didn't sample the breakfast, I went into the restaurant on my last day whilst waiting for the coach and the breakfast looked superb...that's a must for next time. For my first solo trip the whole experience was absolutely perfect in every way. Would I stay here again...absolutely...fingers crossed I csn get the same room as it was near reception and I felt safe being on my own. Thank you to all the staff.
