Our stay was brilliant. The hotel is relaxing, in a great location and the service and kindness exceptional. The suites are very spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the location of the hotel is central but quiet. Breakfast in a basket was a first and very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I cannot add many more superlatives to the previous reviews already mentioned, only to add the personal service provided by Lina and Laura was second to none. From organising taxis, recommending restaurants, places to visit and organising our breakfast basket. All done with such professionalism.

It is rare that I struggle to find the words but this review is one of those times. It is impossible to do justice to our experience at Divina Suites. Everything that I read in other reviews was absolutely true. The communication from Laura was outstanding from the moment I made an enquiry and this level of care continued throughout our stay. Upon booking Laura sent info on activities and restaurants and was happy to answer questions. She booked our jeep safari for us before we arrived. Laura and Lina were constantly available for any help needed and nothing was too much trouble. Always with a smile. When we checked in we received vouchers for free entrance to several local attractions which we enjoyed. Our room was beautiful. Huge comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Fabulous shower and toiletries. Great kitchenette area with good quality teas and coffee that were restocked every day. Fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. The only slight niggle was that I found the room to be a little warm at night - but that's not unusual for me. I sleep with windows open in winter back in UK. The whole place is calm and stylish ... and smells fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. The pleasure we got from finding our basket of goodies every morning was beyond words. Fresh breads, pastries, cheese, meats, eggs, fruit and oranges to juice. Just wonderful. Laura and Lina should both be extremely proud of Divina Suites and their exceptional customer care. I have rarely experienced somewhere so special. Thank you both for a fabulous stay.

A beautiful place to stay. Perfectly located in Ciutadella, very near the cathedral. We stayed in one of the Angel suites which had a king sized bed, separate living area, huge shower, and small terrace. It was on the top floor and very quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi and good air con. A breakfast basket was delivered each morning with fruit, bread, cheese, ham, pastries and yoghurt, and the kitchenette in the suite had coffee, tea, milk, water, jams. The concierge team, Lina and Laura, were brilliant! Both spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Prior to our visit they had sent restaurant recommendations and booked some for us, and then when we arrived gave us ideas about things to do, maps, bus timetables and free tickets to attractions in Ciutadella. They also helped with luggage and taxis. We highly recommend this place!

This is our second visit of (I hope) many more. We chose the Angel Suite IV again because we just love the little balcony overlooking the bustling street - perfect for morning coffee and late night drinks. The breakfast bag concept is excellent! I like the surprise element - sometimes there are eggs, sometimes croissant or maybe pain au chocolate - but every day there are oranges for making fresh juice with the juicing machine, yoghurts, bread, cheese and meat enough to last the whole day. Lina & Laura and great - so helpful for taxi, restaurant and bus advice. The rooms are spotlessly clean with great quality toiletries and amenities. I don’t have one issue with this wonderful little place and I can’t wait to go again next year
