We have just got back from a family holiday (kids age 10 & 9) we stayed 11 nights, we have had the best holiday! The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views. The breakfast was great lots of variety and friendly staff. The swimming pools are clean and a good size. No sunbed wars at all. The resort was perfect for us everything was in walking distance, plenty of variety of restaurants around a marina, and a short walk to the water park. We went on a great boat trip with Amigos from the marina, I recommend booking before you go or as soon as you get there. We have previously stayed at grupotel aldea, our stay was just as good but with better views. There are good bus routes if you want to explore also. The beach was lovely with another a short walk away. We had a ground floor apartment pool side which I requested. Reception were always welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return.

We’ve just finished our 10 night holiday here and it’s been amazing. When we arrived and realised they didn’t have a kids club or entertainment (our own fault for not checking) I was concerned how our 4 children would be, however they have absolutely loved this hotel and so have we. The staff are so u believably helpful and are willing to do anything they can to make your holiday perfect. We booked a 2 bed apartment with roof terrace and it was worth every penny for the views it gives you! We did have an issue with the aircon but everyone in the hotel immediately helped and sorted the issue as quickly as they could. The breakfast has a great selection and will please most people and the lunch menu although fairly small is really good. Only downside my kids said was they’d of liked a bigger icecream selection 🤣. Cleaners came in every day so rooms were always tidy but agree with other reviews that rooms could do with updating. The hotel just proved you don’t need splash pads/ kids clubs/ entertainment to make your holiday great for your kids. We’ve loved every second and have already recommended it to friends and family. Beautiful location/ wonderful people/ amazing memories made.

Friendly staff. Clean. Best location in the area. Nice entertainment that was organised. A bit old fashioned, pool beds need to be replaced and the juice at breakfast was horrible.

Spent 4 nights here with my adult daughter. Very happy with our apartment, fabulous! Ground floor, beach view, seconds from the pool and beach. Comfortable beds. Lovely and quiet (hotel next door a bit noisy at times). Would definitely stay again.

Hotel location is perfect, overlooking the most gorgeous beach which is a couple of minutes walk away. The marina is a 5 minute walk with loads of restaurants and bars. The location gets stunning sunsets. There are two nice pools where we always managed to find somewhere to sit. The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, a small kitchenette, a nice terrace and great aircon. The breakfasts were huge with lots of choice. The bar staff were super friendly, made great cocktails and accommodated our requests for various sports on the TV. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. They helped with bus timetables, gave recommendations, helped us hire a car and booked taxis and were happy and smiling all the time.

Second time of staying at this hotel, the location cannot be beaten. Sitting outside at breakfast watching the sea with various boats passing. Plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch with friendly, helpful staff, many thanks to Caro, Alex and the whole team. Rooms are clean, sunbeds were never an issue - thanks to the poolside team that have to move everything back in place every evening! Only criticisms are that the decor is looking a little tired and dated, especially in view of the updated hotel across the road and some sunbeds were broken (not good at the start of the season) and there needs to be more umbrellas available for shade. Overall though, a brilliant place to stay.

I booked a few days away on my own, wanting a room with a sea view in a hotel that was already highly rated.... I wasn't disappointed. The check in process was really good, efficient and friendly and my room was ready on arrival despite it still being morning when we arrived. The apartment was perfect with a good size living room/kitchen, an excellent bedroom and a lovely little balcony looking out towards the lighthouse. Outside the 2 pools and pool areas were lovely with plenty of sunbeds and no need for the sunbed war that takes place in many establishments. The hospitality of the hotel was superb with every single member of staff ready to greet you with a friendly smile and a cheery "hola". The food at breakfast was good and freshly prepared and there was always ample room in the restaurant or outside on the terrace. All in all a fantastic stay. I love Menorca and stay at various resorts around the island. I will undoubtedly be returning to Cala n Bosch and when I do Gruootel Tamariscos will be top of my list!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was excellent. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.
