room needs a upgrade, dinner was good but the staff was unfriendly. Location is beautiful,swimmingpool excellent.Breakfast moderate. Overall it could be better.

We had a restful two nights at Auberge du Lac, including breakfast and a first class dinner. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and professional.
A small fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

Great lake and mountain view, very friendly staff and nicely-decorated rooms that make you feel comfortable straight away. Also the whole property with an infitiny pool and the terrasse was really inviting.

Beautifully located at the border of the lake. Very friendly hostess. We had a very small room (nr 1) with a tiny bed. The hostess would have given us another room if there was one available tough. Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Nice private secured parking. Beautiful small swimming pool with perfect view over the lake. We had diner at the border of the lake: nicely priced and very tasteful.

After a nine hour drive from Normandy it was so wonderful to arrive in this very special hotel. The location is superb, carved out of the rock overlooking a beautiful lake. We had an exceptionally warm welcome after we parked in the secure parking. Our room overlooked the lake, was clean, well appointed and tastefully done. I went for a refreshing swim in the infinity pool overlooking the lake before going down to dinner in a terrace by the lake. The service was excellent and the menu imaginative. Dinner was superb and a real highlight. Breakfast the next morning was on an upper terrace. The only minor disappointments were that the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. Also they only served a sweet yogurt; a more varied choice would have been welcome. However, this was a real treat and ranks sufficiently highly that we will definitely return and stay for two days next time. A rare occurrence for us. As we left for the A7 only 20 minutes away we knew this had been an exceptional experience.

Very professional and really friendly. Stopped here several times and will stop again. The restaurant was closed but they kindly booked us into a local pizza restaurant, Daddy Cool which is another great place to eat

The infinity pool and views look even better in real life! Lovely quiet pool area with lots of shade available. We stayed in the junior suite (2 nights) which was lovely it over looked the lake. The hotel is cooled by an under floor cooling system although it kept the rooms cool it was not as good as air-conditioning and with 3 of you in one room it was a bit warm at times. Breakfast was lovely the dinner in the restaurant was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful gated car parking.
