stayed for 1 night in this hotel in july,it is truly lovely,old bullding with many original features,room was quite large with small seating area spotlessly clean,nice bathroom with toiletries high ceilings with beams full of character.nice features in the hallways and staircase leading to the rooms.The guy on reception is friendly and helpfull if you need help,we will definately stay here again thanks we loved it!

Charming hotel in the centre of Arcos
Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel.

Nada más llegar muy mala impresión por falta de limpieza. A pesar de tener contratado en el cofre vip el desayuno nos dice que el bar donde lo sirven está cerrado. Nos cobra el suplemento por una habitación superior alegando que no quedan disponibles las del cofre vip estando el hotel vacío, nos dice que nos quita ,5 euros de los 20 por no tener el desayuno. De pena no lo recomiendo para nada ( si no quieren reservas con cofre vip quítense del listado)

Personal muy agradable, buena situación fácil de llegar, todo muy limpio, aparcamiento pero pagando cerca del hotel, te cobran 10€ por estar en este hotel y 15€ por libre

Les regalamos a mis padres un cofrevip y al llamar al hotel para reservar la habitación del bono no está disponible ni en octubre ni noviembre. Para diciembre habria que esperar a final de noviembre para saber, ya que si se llena el hotel no la dejarian para bono. Nos ofrecen una habitación superior pagando 25 euros extra. Viendo que no hay otra opción damos los datos y fijamos fecha para el 29 de octubre. Pasados unos minutos quisimos anularlo pero al haber cogido el numero del bono ( te lo piden para ver la disponibilidad) ya constaba como reservado,no se puede cancelar. Pasados unos dias, al ver la previsión de lluvias y dada la edad de mis padres,pensamos que seria mejor retrasar unos dias el viaje. Pues tampoco nos dejaron hacer un cambio de fecha. Al final no han ido,hemos perdido el bono pero lo prefiero a que mis padres tengan que verle la cara a semejante ESTAFADOR. Y Cofrevip es CÓMPLICE porque llamamos y les contamos todo. Se lavan las manos pero siguen trabajando con ellos. UN TIMO.

Hôtel au pied de la veille ville. Chambre de style hispano-mauresque très agréable et propre avec terrasse. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Pas de parking, parking public payant à 300 m de l'hôtel avec réduction pour les clients.

Literalmente, nos salvaron la vida!!!
Llegamos a eso de las 00:30 porque el ferry que llegaba a Cádiz llegó 14 horas tarde y tuvimos que reservar en el último momento.
A pesar de que el check-in estaba cerrado desde las 21:00, pudimos llamar a un teléfono y una amable señora bajó a abrirnos la puerta y enseñarnos nuestra habitación. Gracias a su amabilidad pudimos dormir como personas mis dos hijos y yo.
Literalmente nos salvaron la vida porque al día siguiente pude conducir hacia Navarra descansado y seguro.
