We booked for 3 nights but left after 1st night. Airco was not working (was above 30 degrees that night) rooms were not clean and breakfast was very poor ! The kids slept on the floor to be able to fall asleep in this heat.

Bitterly disappointed! you weren’t sold out when I booked on **********, but now you are? I don’t understand why you’ve cancelled my booking? On *********** you are showing as sold out? It seems you have guests staying on the date I booked in Oct 2021 for Sept 2022, nearly 11 months in advance. I now have to alter my carefully made travel plans due to your alleged mistake on just my booking? This is incredibly unprofessional, I will post this on trip advisor as I don’t want others to be treated in this shambolic way.

La struttura non è flessibile, non è stata in grado di accorciare di un solo giorno la nostra prenotazione. Colazione di basso livello , paste surgelate non sembra di essere in Italia. Le camere non vengono sempre fatte in mattinata. Sicuramente non ci tornerei

Bocciato. La pulizia della camera lascia a desiderare... Era pieno di polvere. Stanza orribile una quadrupla... I lettini erano poggiati addosso al lavandino della cucina. Camera da letto senza tv. Colazione veramente misera... Pochissima scelta. L'unica cosa positiva è stato il ristorante accanto al albergo veramente tutto buono e di qualità.

L’hotel est 4 etoile mais merite 3 étoile j’ai pas dormis de la nuit a cause du restaurant en bas je déconseille pour dormir mais je pense pour manger c’est bien mais pour dormir a fuir et les lumières dans les couloir sont trop bruyant toute les seconde fon tiktiktik et l’insonorisation 0/10

Partiamo subito col chiarire un aspetto: non è assolutamente un 4 stelle! Le caratteristiche sono, al massimo, quelle di un 3 stelle. Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata positiva, anzi. Sono stato ospite, con i miei figli, per due notti. Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio e la stanza non è stata pulita, nonostante avessimo fatto presente la cosa. L'unico servizio prestato è stato il cambio degli asciugamani e i letti riassettati. Nient'altro. Tutto lo sporco a terra, nei bagni e nei cestini, è rimasto li dov'era. Inaccettabile per qualsiasi albergo, figuriamoci per uno che espone le 4 stelle sulle insegne. La colazione era poco assortita ma tutto sommato sufficiente. Mi spiace davvero dover dare questo parere negativo, ma considerate le aspettative ed il prezzo pagato (quello si da 4 stelle), non potevo fare altro.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo albergo dopo una giornata a leolandia. Parlare di un hotel a 4 stelle mi sembra un po’ troppo avventato. Hotel grazioso, nella media. Camera ampia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione. Pulizia discreta.
