We arrived for a late check inn and Beth was so accommodating, she had our lights on the room for us as well as a pack and play for our daughter. Beth even gave us all free bottle waters. Great Service Beth!

We stay at this Best Western several times each year and are always pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the friendly staff.

First room was dirty with hair on toilet and sink. 2nd room was much better but I received no service. Only linens. Bed wasn’t made and no soaps

Staff was very nice, food was good, decor was nice, the only thing that would improve the stay would be an updated mattress and usb plugs in the room.

Modest motel for high nightly rate in the area - carpet & drapes need replacing. Bed linens mediocre. Kitchen counter light did not work. No instructions for “fixed in place” tv. People checking in next to us paid half the price we paid. Desk tells us third party reservations get no break. Our bad - and a lesson learned for the next on/line hotel/motel search.

We found ants in our room on and around the nightstand and in bathroom. I called and we were offered a different room but we were unpacked and needed to rest. I think we should have been offered a discount or something upon checkout.

Nice renovations, but the pool needs painting badly. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was over-priced.

It was a very clean room and a good stay concidering the circumstances of why we were there. The people working the front desk were so nice!! We will be staying there again if we ever need somewhere to stay up there again.

We were given a handicapped room which we didn't need. Maybe it was the last room available.

This place is a hidden gem! Out in the middle of nowhere, but such a wonderful hotel. We went out to an authentic Mexican restaurant - El Toro - for dinner. Wish we had more time to experience the Amish culture in the area, but we are just passing through. The hotel is perfect! Very well decorated and clean. Soooooo quiet and the view from the window (farmland) is so peaceful. So happy we chose Beat Western Plus!
