We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like.
