Not luxury. Not a wellness center. This hotel is old, noisy. You can hear every single word, sound around you, it a shame because the view is gorgeous but the hotel needs serious revamping. Even the breakfast is a disappointment, worst coffee in Italy. And no parking ! Very poor hotel. To avoid absolutely.

Io e i miei genitori abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione per visitare la val d’orcia e la costa toscana. Per chi preferisce il relax invece questa struttura en plein air è un vero toccasana: c’è una pace, tranquillità e fresco non indifferente. E che dire poi della cordialità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff, dalla reception ai ragazzi che gestiscono la sala colazione e la sala cena. Grazie a tutti e ci rivedremo presto! Fam. Selano

Il luogo è veramente bello, la stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato molto spaziosa, ben arredata con veranda e poltroncine con vista sulla valle. Ottimi i materassi. Ottima la pulizia. Il personale tutto (tranne una) gentile, disponibile, cordiale, attento alle esigenze. Il ristorante ottimo, applausi al cuoco e ai suoi aiutanti. Ottima gestione della sala (molto si deve alla passione, all'intuito e all'empatia che Dankan riesce a trasmettere). La SPA molto bella, grande con giochi di luce rilassanti, lettini, bevande. Purtroppo non tutta funzionante.

Consiglio molto questo Albergo confortevole e piacevole, in mezzo ad una natura incontaminata, circondato da abeti spettacolari. Staff all'altezza della situazione; Vengono incontro ad ogni esigenza alla reception e al ristorante. Ariet , Cristina e Alessia sono professioniste molto preparate e disponibili. Buonissima colazione e ristorante molto buono con personale eccellente, Dankan sa rendere piacevole ogni cena. SPA molto bella e rilassante con più vasche idromassaggio e Jacuzzi. Piscina esterna molto bella e curata. L'albergo si trova tra Arcidosso (3km) e Santa Fiora (4 km) e a 11 km dalla vetta del Monte Amiata. Appena posso ci tornerò.

Esperienza molto bella in questo albergo, struttura bellissima in mezzo alla natura che consente passeggiate rilassanti. Personale gentilissimo alla reception Alessia e Cristina che supportano i clienti in ogni modo. Ristorante all'altezza dei più raffinati palati, servito da Dankan con la massima professionalità. Centro benessere molto bello e confortevole con varie piscine interne con l'idromassaggio e piscina esterna. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo

Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima per visitare il monte Amiata e la Val D'orcia . Struttura confortevole in mezza alla natura e nelle vicinanze delle terme di Saturnia. Tranquillità e relax a portata di mano di chi vuole fare una vacanza tranquilla.

Mi sembrava strano che un resort a 4 stelle avesse dato la disponibilità a una scolaresca di soggiornare due notti in questa struttura. Dopo ho capito il motivo: i bambini hanno raccontato di stanze davvero sporche e di una invasione di cimici; anche con le finestre chiuse, trovavano cimici tra le lenzuola. E aggiungo che sono 7 mesi che stiamo combattendo con una brutta "dermatite". Un consiglio per il responsabile della struttura: disinfettate i materassi.
