- Was given just classic room instead of superior room (which was paid 30$ more), asked reception women for higher floor, she said no rooms.
However after we call management she found a better room on 3rd floor, I can’t understand such attitude.
- For spa zone needs swimming cap, which can be given for free, but they asked money for it, bad experience.
Others experiences was just excellent!

The hotel is basic. The receptionist gave us the minimum of information about the facilities. You pay extra for towels and bath robes. The restaurant is not worth a visit, poor food choices. You can order a bottle of wine but not a glass with your dinner. As for the swimming pools, it’s a definite no go. Dirty , noisy and certainly not a relaxing experience. Had a drink in the Salon, service was good but the toilets were filthy. This experience is for the older generation 65++ . Not for young couples, keep away. There is nicer elsewhere.

We have been members of Archena for many years it never ever disappoints This time we stayed at levante we try to alternate between levante and thermas. The service at the customer desk is incredible a smile and all the information you need. This time we would love to mention Sebastian and Zaira down at the thermal treatments in thermas hotel They were excellent A smile (even at 8.30am) a beautiful and relaxing Archena massage and all with great customer service Honestly it never disappoints The only negative aspect is that we go to Archena to relax we are teachers and we find it quite distressing in the spa pool with kids screaming and jumping and total mayhem at times I wish they could have another town or area because if it’s sold as a relaxing place it can be quite far from it when sometimes you have other peoples kids jumping screaming and misbehaving in an area where it is sold as a relaxing and calming experience .

Room was fairly small. Air con would not work and when reported to reception was told air con was switched off in the winter (it was 30 degrees) but having since read other reviews it appears there has been the same complaint/problem all year. it was really warm in the room even with the window wide open. The dressing gowns supplied were a grubby dirty white and very thin and small compared to gowns from other hotels. The shower was very difficult to switch from shower to bath and visa versa. The car park is quite a walk away and is charged at 8€ a day. The thermal bath is ok but crowded and they want you to pay 5€(Non returnable) for a small padlock which is 60 cents in my local shop ( I live in spain). Booked for two nights but left early and they tried to charge me two days parking until challenged. Would not return

We stayed in a pleasant and quiet room at the hotel, had a generous breakfast in the building opposite and spent the afternoon swimming and lazing in the thermal pools after driving through the beautiful Valle de Ricote. The whole place has a slightly old world feel to it which we enjoyed. The staff very kindly sent me my reading glasses which I had left in the bedroom. I would stay there again.

Para nada el hotel (Levante) es de cuatro estrellas y aún menos el restaurante. La comida tardaba en llegar y cuando llegaba estaba fría,algún día hasta los postres que habíamos pedido a la hora de traerlos nos dicen que se habían terminado, esta fue la cara que se nos quedó 😳. Incluso por un par de días nos sentaron en el comedor en sillas de terraza !!!! Los masajes si los contratabas por la tarde y suerte si la hora elegida te la respetaban,los tenías que realizar en la la zona de piscinas porque en la zona de las termas,que esas son las que nos motivaron a ir a este balneario, las cerraban por las tardes. En fin, una semana que iba a ser para recordar se ha convertido para olvidar.

Cómo es posible que en la piscina principal (uno de los mayores atractivos del Balneario) permitan que esté lleno de niños?. Y cuando digo niños, me refiero a bebés de meses y menores de 6 años en un espacio donde la idea es relajarse y te sientes como en un parque acuático. Conocemos más de 15 balnearios en España y llevamos viniendo a Archena desde hace años. Sin duda alguna, las aguas termales, la mejora en las comidas y los tratamientos de salud, le hacen uno de los mejores de España pero es inconcebible que sigan permitiendo, a todas horas, niños en la piscina principal, sobre todo, porque hay una fantástica para niños. Conclusión: si buscas relax, no es tu sitio.

¿Hay alguien que revisa las opiniones que se escriben?. No puedo entender que siendo uno de los mejores balnearios de España, en cuanto a instalaciones, propiedades de las aguas y calidad de comida (este aspecto es complicado de encontrar en otros balnearios), el hecho de que permitan niños menores de 12 años (los hay hasta de meses) a todas horas, en la piscina principal hace que parezca un parque acuático en vez de un espacio de relajación (es lo que se supone que es un balneario). Sinceramente, para mí sería un balneario 10 si no fuese por la masificación y aglomeración de niños en la piscina. Por tanto, de nada van a servir las mejoras que hagan si no controlan este aspecto. Y sería tan fácil como, en primer lugar, no permitir a niños menores de 6 años en la piscina principal (hay una para niños) y poner horarios exclusivos para adultos (ejemplo: de 18h-20h). Es una lástima que no se vea el potencial de este balneario.

Un lugar adecuado para relajarse y desconectar. Instalaciones antiguas pero muy bien acondicionadas. Las piscinas estupendas, el circuito spa muy completo. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal muy atento y agradable. Una buena experiencia.
