What a lovely place! The room is clean and spacious. Enough storage possibilities. We found the crew very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a lot of information and discounts for activities around Arcen. Our room was located next to the garden opposite the restaurant. Very confenient :-) We thought it might be noisy but it wasn't at all.

In verband met een (hobby gerelateerde) cursus in Steyl had ik een nachtje in het hotel ”In De Witte Dame” geboekt. Ik kreeg een mooie één persoonskamer met uitzicht op het plein voor het Hotel. Een schone kamer met een uitstekend bed en volgens mij een nieuwe / net gerenoveerde badkamer. Kortom zeer goed geslapen. Maar net zo belangrijk ik heb er ook heerlijk gegeten, er was een ruime keuze. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Zowel bij het diner als bij het ontbijt liep er vriendelijk personeel rond. Kortom een aanrader voor iedereen die om wat voor reden dan ook daar in de buurt moet zijn.

The staff is very pleasant and the breakfast is satisfactory, but unfortunately the buffet is closed. (Forced to choose what you want the day before...) The right space for its price may be a bit too small. On the other hand, there is a lot of noise behind the walls and ceiling, which may be due to poor insulation. The bathroom is very good and the water pressure is good.

I have been choosing this hotel for my global team meetings for the last 6 years. With my team changing every 2 years, I have new staff members visiting the Netherlands and this hotel every time. Each time they are positively surprised by the combination of old buildings and modern facilities, the relaxed atmosphere and the great food. Also this time we had a great stay and were able to have our central meetings and breakout sessions in the various rooms available. The hotel and its staff provides an intimate atmosphere, in contradiction to the average business / conferency hotel I also do - have to - visit on a regular basis.
