Most services in this small hotel are good except that the bath towels are not as clean as they were expected. The other towels are good.

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!

I was very satisfied with this stay. Whether it was the service, environment or details, it exceeded my expectations!
The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the subway station and popular business district are within walking distance, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.
The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and a great shower experience.
The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, and they also proactively provide suggestions for nearby tours. The room service responds promptly, which makes people feel very considerate.
