The other hotel reviews here are pretty accurate. We wanted something fairly last minute for a day on the coast and it worked for us because we really only needed a bed for the night, so we were probably only in the hotel a few hours. The arrival etc worked for us so no complaints there but….as per other reviews the hotel is VERY tired and in need to complete renovation. Rooms are really dated. It’s very unloved - there was a balcony but the table on it looked liked in had last been cleaned 5 years ago….We didn’t use the wifi but there is no aircon and we were street side which was very noisy until about 1am and then again from about 5am with lots of deliveries etc. It is brilliantly located, metres from beach, restaurants, Main Street etc so if you want a bed for the night in the centre of Arcachon and aren’t too fussed about quality, then this may work for you as well but staying here for any length of time probably wouldn’t be for us.

Room not ready on time - got in at 17:30, parking full, plenty of room for improvement. Overall demoralized staff who can’t explain the reasons for delays. Hotel well located which is its only advantage.

My spouse and I stayed 5 nights in June 2022 and enjoyed our stay thanks to Laurent @ the Front Desk. You arrive here as a guest & you leave as a friend. This is the reason why we will come back. The beach is only a few meters away as well as all the shops. A Leclerc Supermarché is also very near.

Je confirme les commentaires précédents, La propretée de cet établissement n 'est pas net , moisissures ans la salle de bain ,odeur urine dans le WC,le mobilier et l 'état en général est à refaire... Pour une ville comme Arcachon c 'est limite et le prix des prestations ne justifie pas les 4 étoiles...

Mérite un grand rafraîchissement. Parking 15 euros la nuit un peu cher. Petit déjeuner moyen, le matin à 9h du pain congelé, mini croissant pas très frais Changer la baignoire glissante et abîmée, pare douche pas pratique éclaboussure partout. Personnel assez juste. Je ne renouvellerai pas de séjour dans cet établissement

Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans l’appartement que nous avions loué. Nous avions effectué une réservation de 6 nuits pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Pendant notre séjour, le service de nettoyage n'était pas inclus. Étant donné qu'aucun étranger ne serait autorisé à entrer dans la location, nous avions laissé nos effets de valeur dans la chambre sans nous soucier de ce qui allait se passer par la suite. Le jour suivant, lors d'une sortie, ma sœur constate qu'il y a eu un vol d'argent dans la chambre. Elle a immédiatement signalé à l'accueil, qui n'a pas cherché à la rassurer. Au contraire, ils lui ont dit de manière condescendante que cela ne s'était jamais produit. Elles étaient complètement indifférentes à ce qu’il s’était passé. Leur attitude n'est pas professionnelle. En règle générale, elles auraient dû signaler le problème soit à l'attaché de direction de l'hôtel, soit au manager, pour qu'ils prennent en charge la situation. Ces actions sont rassurantes pour le client, car se faire voler est traumatisant. J'ai demandé une vérification de la porte pour identifier les personnes qui auraient pu entrer dans notre chambre. Cependant, elles m'ont dit qu'elles ne possédaient pas le logiciel permettant de voir les passages en chambre. De plus, les appartements ne disposent pas de coffre. Elles sont présentes à la réception, un service que la réception ne nous a pas proposé lors de notre enregistrement. Une plainte a été déposée contre l'hôtel pour vol
