A superb quality Apart’hotel. Right on the slopes. Skied back to our patio! Great staff and wonderful accommodation. Swimming pool, indoor and outdoor plus spa included. Bar and restaurant which was very popular and well priced with plenty of selection on the menu. Ski hire shop very close. Supermarket and bakery a minute away! Excellent staff. This place felt luxurious. It was clean and welcoming. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and there have been many over 30 years of skiing. Great slopes and lift system. Oh, and a Folie Douce nearby!!!

We are a family of 4 on our first ski holiday. Hotel is well kept and facilities are great. One of the best things to note is being able to ski out directly from the main entrance. Would thoroughly recommend and stay here again.

Great stay! Very nice and clean hotel, situated next to the slopes. People were very friendly and helpful. The garage under the hotel is very handy. One negative remark: the wifi wasn't very good/stable in our apar**ent.

Great Hotel, great location, great if you have kids as can ski in/ski out. restaurant is great, room are lovely and well equipped. Hotel needs to work on better breakfast service so would not recommend you take this option as Spa across the road for provisions. Overall we has a really lovely time!

MOYEN SUR LA PROPRETE, la literie mauvaise état, bruit de voisinage la nuit, pas de port du masque dans les parties commune et local à ski, à notre arrivée un radiateur était arraché du mur, canapé affaissé pourtant en appartement version confort

We were supposed to stay at the "Odalys" for an entire week. A couple of days before the fully-paid vacation we had a tragedy in our family -  my father-in-law passed away. Immediately we had to change our plans and leave France to attend the funural. We sent notice to the hotel and to booking, that we have to cancel, and while they did cancel our reservation immediately, they refused to refund us, or even give us a voucher for a future vacation. And - This is really unbelievable - because the reservation was canceled, we were not able to have anyone else staying there and enjoying our fully-paid room!!! Any attempt of talking to the hotel received the same pre-scripted reply of "we are sorry but this is the policy". Even with a live person!!! The refusal email arrived shortly after the conversation. They wouldn't even give it a thought. not even show some empathy like normal humans. I would never stay nor recommend this hotel chain! This is the most inhuman business I encountered.

We just had an amazing family vacation and this Hotel was extraordinary. The rooms have a great view , we are a family of 5 and having two bathrooms is great. The ski in and ski out is a super bonus and having the ski location in front could not be a better a place. The staff are really helpful and they provide lockers for all your ski equipment which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking to have a great time at les Arcs.

I was lead to believe that I’m paying over 4000€ a week for a premium apartment, like in 2019 and in 2020 (I’m a returning guest). However, I have gotten an apartment with one of the two bedrooms filled with bunk beds, connected one to another (4 beds next to one another, fully occupying the room and making it claustrophobic) resembling an army room. Another family has asked for a different room before our arrival (they have left shoes in the ski locker, so we exchanged experiences), so I guess - we got a downgrade. Not coming back to pay so much money for such an apartment. Also, the cleaners were not checking the terrace, and delivered only one soap for two bathrooms, never bringing the other one (I have my own, so I was observing if they would ever see a missing soap - didn’t happen in 7 days stay). The hotel didn’t have the slippers in the apartment (saying they didn’t get the delivery), but offers pool and spa experience without announcing that you should bring your own. They are charging 15€ per bath robe (that’s really a shame, just put it in a room charge), and some of them of a seriously low quality (some very good - so when you order 5 as in my case - you get a mix). So - go barefoot or in boots, covered in cheap bathrobe (but expensively rented), and then - freeze in the pool, as it is very poorly heated (as compared to previous years, and also compared to other hotels with pools and spa). I sensed a raising prices, missing basics, a lots of “we’re sorry” as a cover for not delivering on the promise, and a general deterioration of the experience vs. 2019 and 2020. Might be the Covid19 effect, but I can’t really pay more for lesser services and stay happy… On a positive note - the hotel has a perfect position, proper ski-in and ski-out, well out of the village, but connected by a servicing one stop gondola. It’s well built and cosy, and was our favorite destination. It’s a shame I have to give it such a rating now…

Accommodation: Firstly, there are three separate parts to this complex. We stayed in an apartment in the hotel, which meant that regular hotel services apply - including daily room clean and general services. We also had the flexibility in terms of duration and stayed for 5 nights. Whilst the accommodation set up is the same (we had a two bedroom superior room) as the residences, the latter is more of a self serve approach - so be clear as to want and what you book to manage expectations. Some of the comments made by others are the dissatisfaction with having to clean rooms and ***** beds so be careful when booking. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5 and had a small, well equipped kitchenette and dishwasher. It's absolutely fine.. The hotel has a ski room with lockers and the ski rental places are on the doorstep- very easy and convenient. There is a small Spar shop at the hotel which sells the basics and opens at 7.30am for fresh pastries and juice etc, there is a much bigger supermarket called Sherpa which is 5 mins from the Dahu lift. There are loads of ski shops selling all the gear so you need not worry if you cant get stuff before you come. There is a great restaurant attached to the hotel but it is independent and you book directly- something for everyone and they deliver / collect to the room. Pizzas are amazing. I cant comment in the spa. We checked in immediately but arrived late at night, however - be prepared for a ling wait if you ate doing Sat to Sat - the queues were very long at reception, but you can leave bags and go for a wander down the hill. All the chair lifts are 5 mis away - very easy and convenient. ESF and other ski schools there. If you want lessons then book beforehand, we made the mistake of not doing so - we managed to get a. few lessons here and there but definitely I know for next time. Lovely eateries and sledging all around. This was our first non Club Med ski holiday - and we preferred it, great hotel, great location and lots of fun.
