Do not stay here please believe all the reviews. I have never known a more disgustingly dirty place. No covers on outside terrace furniture.. There is black slime on all the floor tiles around the pool area You have to walk through it to enter the pool…. Areas where the sunbeds and tables are the flooring never cleaned old food stains and drink stains not mopped up or cleaned up .Dead birds left to rot on the floor . Flys and wasps all over the Buffett food ( no covers ) .. Dirty everywhere!! I really wish I could leave photos on here as I have so many to show you. Please believe all the terrible reviews they are true they are not exaggerated… the place really does need shutting down. It’s a major health hazard.

We didn’t stay here, but visited the animal park. The animals are so skinny and aren’t kept well, that I wouldn’t trust to stay here. All of the horses ribs could be seen and there is an overcrowding of donkeys. It was super sad to see.

Booked with Hays, 3 things on our list which were important. Boutique hotel, not for children and walking distance of local restaurants. We got this large resort full of mostly families with children, not within walking distance of any local town / restaurants so we were stuck in resort for entire holiday. Sun beds and umbrellas on beach not in good condition, many broken. My fiend had broken door to her room and reported it they looked at it and said it needed a part it was never fixed ! Lots of wasps in self service restaurant in morning. There were only 2 restaurants worth eating in, both quite expensive ! Nothing much to do went to one concert and bus came to pick up half full already and lots of people left waiting. Walked back to room, badly lit not many directions lots of up hill climbing which was not easy for friend with knee injury ! Our pool was ok but constant dropping of leaves and bark strips off of the trees. Generally very disappointing

This is def not a 4 star hotel. The best bit is the location The sea is crystal clear and has great snorkelling. When we arrived after a long journey we couldn’t check in til 4pm offered no cold drink, I asked at 3.55pm To check in to our room, the receptionist looked at her watch said no come back at 4pm. Was hilarious. The rooms are basic nothing like the web, no kettle no water or drinks in fridge, we had a broken toilet which took 3 days to fix. Beds are awful and basic like camp beds. The cleaners come every day and they are friendly. You have to walk…. A lot! to get any where, we are fit and able so fine for us but if you are not used to walking a lot and have any injures you may struggle. The food is not 4 star, breakfast…. Fried bacon/eggs/scrambled, 3 choices of cereal and some yoghurts, fruit is bowls of apples orange you would think in such a hot country maybe some melons or more exotic? Cold meats and cheeses, pastries which are good and proper barista coffee which is the best bit. Dinner- choice is limited…. The best thing is the fresh spaghetti always with a shell fish sauce, there are always seafood dish which is usually ok, the meat is terrible-always dry and overcooked, salad is minimal- ice berg lettuce/tomatoes/cucumber/ sweetcorn, no grains or inventive salad, if your a vegan or veggie (non fish) you will struggle. My kids eat most things so ate the seafood but if you have fussy kids and want some chips or anything you won’t get it. There is not even pizza in the eve…. If you want pizza you have to pay at the restaurants. The hotel say they are environmental, but paper cups in room wrapped in plastic , no water fountains to fill instead you have to buy bottles of expensive water in more plastic. The shop is very expensive, we went down to the road to super market and bought snorkels and beers for a fraction of the price. There are solar panels and the cars u take when u first arrive are electric. All the drivers were friendly and always wave and say hi. All the entertainment is in Italian which I get as we are in part of Italy but not much fun for the Dutch German and uk guests we met. The entertainment guys are great and try very hard, there was a fun beach party and they got everyone dancing but then turned into a bit of a staff mosh pit and bit intimidating. All sports you have to pay extra for. We wanted to lay paddle but for 4 of us would cost 80e!!! 40e for the court and 10e each for a racket. Sup hire is 10e/hour which was easy and fun. We did go on an amazing boat trip but booked in the port which was cheaper including lunch and a great day again cheaper and better value than the Marked up hotel price. The whole area needs a big clean up, and better garden maintenance.

• not sure how this is a 4 star. Rooms are not the cleanest. Sheets were stained, called the receptionist to change them and they did, but they were again stained. • restaurants are very expensive and do not have a wide variety especially for kids •pools are not clean • facilities inside the resort which are to be used by residents are at a cost as well. Not worth it at all • the only thing that i would say was at its best would be the breakfast.

Not the things they mentioned on their sites. Lots of things are not real to their description! Do not deal with issues properly. No electricity, we arrived in a dark room and it continued daily to cut off, very expensive and poor maintenance and very limited management to talk too. Over priced will not return again!

The Arbatax Park Resort is nestled amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of Capo Bellavista, Arbatax. It boasts three private beaches and a sprawling natural park where animals roam freely, often befriending the guests. The panoramic view from the hilltop, amidst the Sardinian donkeys, is simply awe-inspiring. Furthermore, the resort offers a plethora of pools, ideal for children and families alike. The restaurant showcases a quality buffet, again accompanied by a serene vista of the sea. However, that's where the accolades end. Services to explore the resort's surroundings are conspicuously absent. The excursions office will organize two sea tours of the magnificent Golfo di Orosei – one aboard a ship and the other on an inflatable boat – but there's a whole lot more to explore in the vicinity. There are no connections, for instance, to Lido di Orrì (where the resort supposedly has a private area, yet unaccountably unavailable) or to the picturesque Cea's beach, aside from an exorbitantly priced taxi service (€60 to Cea, a staggering sum given the mere 15-20 km distance). Heading north, the Selvaggio Blu trekking path, which leads to the iconic beaches of the gulf (Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, etc.), goes unmentioned, as does the Trenino Verde della Sardegna, which runs every Friday (a crucial detail to note!) and offers a chance to discover the wild, untamed interior. Moreover, the room I was assigned fell short of expectations for a four-star establishment. A simple thunderstorm was enough to allow rainwater to seep through the ceiling and drench the bed; the bathroom mirror was stained, and the wall was peeling. That same thunderstorm resulted in two blackouts and a protracted interruption of the Wi-Fi for several hours. The reception experience also left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I was merely handed a map of the park, a room number, and the instruction to find my own way. The resort is sprawling and certainly not intuitive initially, and navigating it with relatively heavy luggage was far from ideal. Furthermore, no steward was available to accompany me back to the main entrance on the morning of my departure, despite their presence for the welcoming ride. Frankly, I found this discourteous and smacking of indifference given that I was leaving rather than arriving. To add insult to injury, no one at the resort could provide information on the nearest bus stop. Despite the team's commendable efforts, the entertainment was abysmally lacking, unless you were a five-year-old. Adults could partake in morning stretching, water aerobics, and evening yoga, full stop. There were no games, no more intensive fitness courses (despite the presence of a well-equipped fitness area), and no evening shows (though I was told they were delayed by technical problems). Just some (at times somewhat melancholy) soft-bar evening music by the pool. A special commendation, however, goes to the team of entertainers. Their tireless dedication, despit
