Beautiful Cabin!
We enjoyed our short stay. Very clean. The view was great. We did wish that it had at least a window unit for air conditioning and an oven for making a frozen pizza.

Great stay
The cabin was great, very cute and exactly fit my needs, the owners were very accurate in information listed. The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m going on a ski vacation to Elk Mountain. Only notes are that it is important to bring food since it’s pretty rural however the owners were very upfront about this. :)

Family Ski Trip
We stayed two nights for skiing at Elk. Two kids under 9 and two adults. Super chilly conditions. Definitely remote location, but beautiful spot. We brought breakfast, packed lunches for skiing, and cooked dinner one night. Would return!

Hidden Gem
We booked the Queen cabin for a little getaway weekend. The cabin was true to the description and pictures. It was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were quite comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. There were only a few other folks staying there but we enjoyed the pavilion, fire pit and outdoor grilling space. The property is on a long rolling hillside with wonderful views. The description was not kidding when it says it's in a very rural area. We only saw a few cars drive by the whole time we were there. That being said, the nearest store/food was a little over 10 minutes away so be prepared to drive to everything. There were plenty of outdoor activities for all seasons. Overall, it was a wonderful space for a couple or bring a group and take advantage of all the communal amenities.

Isolated cabin for a relaxing weekend in the country.
Coming from Philadelphia, it was really great to get out in the country. This cabin is a cluster of four or five other cabins so you’re not completely isolated, but it is definitely out there in the country. Very refreshing change of pace from the city. Nice cabin, well constructed. Simple and affordable.
