Jones Oaks: rural, private, kid friendly, near D&H Rail Trail, Elk Mtn

Located on a country dirt road, near the D&H Rail-Trail, nestled on 4 acres among pines & hardwoods, you truly feel like you're secluded in your own world. The house has a cozy, farmhouse feel with all the modern comforts of a home away from home & is also fun for kids! It sleeps 7 plus a sofa, queen sleeper sofa, & room for air mattresses too. There is a large covered back deck, backyard fire pit, BBQ Grill, plus a kitchen equipped with all you need for entertaining--just add food & drink! We don't mind large groups but do not allow parties. Kids will find toys, books, movies & games indoors and fun outdoor stuff too! It is a short walk/bike ride to the D&H Rail-Trail for outdoor activity. We have a small pond within walking distance that you are welcome to explore, picnic, swim, fish, rowboat. All that you need is in the pond cottage: life jackets, fishing poles, tackle box, rowboat/oars.
