Location was good to the store, ferry and ice machines. Property was clean, inviting and the little backyard was nice.

Parents, grandparents, and kids in one spot!
The space is larger inside than it appears in photos/from the outside. Very clean. Cupboards very well stocked with all essential cooking implements (pots, skillets, glassware, flatware, coffeepot, etc.). Simple, fun decor. Lots of light sources. Being HEB-adjacent made for quick food/beverage runs. Conveniently located near Port Aransas and Rockport. Multiple streaming services on flatscreen TV.
Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 4 days on a vacation & enjoyed the stay. We are already planning next years stay. The owner communicated quickly and answered all questions. It was clean, and plenty of room for us. Great location, we visited port Aransas, rock port & corpus & not a bad commute to any.

Location Location Location
This place is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, HEB, a bakery etc. Very short drive to the ferry and beach!. The home is very cute and was stocked with basic necessities. No TV's in the bedrooms but that is only a personal preference. Definitely going to be back!

Review
There was a lot of dead and alive bugs on the floor when we arrived, some dishes were not cleaned upon arrival, check in process was easy, location was an alright spot, H-E-B right across the street which was convenient and boat ramps not far away.

We had a great weekend
We loved the location and price!! It had all we needed! Only negative is every morning we had lots of pill bugs! We just swept them up!
