Hemos recibido un trato absolutamente vergonzoso. Teniendo el desayuno pagado, hemos acudido al salón a las 8:30h y no nos han permitido el paso alegando que estaba completo, con lo cual nos han aconsejado volver en 10-15 minutos. Por ello nos hemos sentado en el hall del hotel desde donde veíamos la entrada al salón de desayunos, mientras observábamos cómo otras personas pasaban sin problema. Debido a eso, hemos vuelto a intentar entrar y de nuevo el chico joven de la entrada avergonzado nos ha vuelto a decir que nosotros no podíamos pasar. Acto seguido hemos pedido explicaciones y el chico ha vuelto a intentar pedir a su superior que nos dejara pasar pero éste último con mucha arrogancia, chulería y mala educación le ha vuelto a decir que no. La última explicación que el pobre chico nos ha dado es que solo cumplía órdenes que esperáramos por favor, que el motivo era que había un grupo grande de personas que tenían una "supuesta" prioridad.
Vergonzoso y excluyente trato de este hotel el que hemos recibido, haciéndonos sentir discriminados.
Por último, otra chica de recepción avergonzada por la situación ha intentado arreglarlo pero finalmente hemos cancelado el desayuno.
No pongo menos valoración porque no me deja. Pero este tipo de hoteles de 4 estrellas de renombre deberían cuidar más el trato a las personas y no solo mirar el negocio.
Ni volveremos ni lo recomendaremos a nadie.

My stay at the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez was an absolute delight. This beautiful older hotel has a classic charm that immediately makes you feel welcome.
I was particularly impressed with the size of the room—it was truly huge, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. It felt more like a spacious apartment than a standard hotel room, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel is also packed with convenient amenities that made the stay even more comfortable.
The bed was a standout feature; it was excellent, providing a perfect night's sleep. The quality of the bed and linens truly made a difference.
The front desk staff were also very nice, welcoming me with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Their service contributed to the overall positive experience.
If you're looking for a hotel with classic elegance, exceptionally large rooms, and wonderful amenities, the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez is an excellent choice.

Fabulous stay both bed, bedding lovely and soft and such a variety available at breakfast. Staff are excellent . We enjoyed our stay
