Stayed here many times , always good value, excellent free breakfast with buttery croissants etc, shopping centre just across the road so many places to eat, recommend.

I reached out to the motel on 9/15 to let them know that I had a family emergency and had to cut my trip short. My reservation was for 10/11. I gave more than 3 weeks notice. The motel let me know that they could not refund my pre-paid reservation. There is no excuse for this! Horrible customer service!

The hotel was located next to a massive commercial centre. However, it proved to be a great location, accessible to all the retail stores. The hotel, itself, was a brilliant price, clean, great staff, accessible (free) parking, and a good continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. I ask for hot water and they have provided me with a kettle. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming reception area. There are comfortable seating areas for work and social chats. The hotel is in a shopping estate behind Aldi with easy access to the motorway. It is easy to find although it is a bit far from the city centre. Parking on the hotel site is limited but there is ample parking in the nearby Aldi, literally opposite the hotel ground. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. No hot food, even boiled eggs are cold from the fridge. For its price, it is good value for money.

Great value for money modern hotel in the shopping center quite a distance from from city centre. Good clean room, reception staff kind and helpful. Continental breakfast included. Free parking at hotel. Good quality and good price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The continental breakfast was amazing!! Close to the shopping Mall!! We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!!

Lobby is nice, lots of parking on site. Located next to a shopping mall and supermarkets. However, the room itself is very clinical. Hairdryer didn't work and bed had no springs. Too uncomfortable to my liking. Breakfast is industrial but decent.

We were staying overnight on our way from Belgiun to South of Spain. The hotel is easy to find. We were very warmly welcomed. Staff did not spare any effort to make us feel at ease. Parking facilities are adding to a general feeling of safety. Breakfast was nice with sufficient choice. Warmly recommended. Special attention for excellent service of staff member Myriam.

We were there for San Fermin. The owner/management of this hotel has gone above and beyond in making sure our experience was excellent. We had two rooms. Upon checking in they had a small souvenir gift for each of us which was much appreciated. They had a continental breakfast that opened at 5am to those of us attending the festival along with the normal buffet breakfast for those not attending. There was a bus to drive anyone wanting to go at 6:15am for a very nominal fee. I have been going to Pamplona for dozens of years and this was my first time to stay here. I couldn't have been happier. No other hotel is as thoughtful and generous as the Holiday Inn Express. We will be back.

Great value for money lovely modern hotel quite easy to get to a couple of miles from centre, free parking and breakfast included, good clean room great helpful staff location is set on an industrial estate so no great views breakfast was continental but was good this was our third hotel in as many days in as many countries and this was by far the best quality and best price
