Stay was denied at check in hotelier told that you have made booking in very less price so you will have to pay 10000rs extra and then after discussion we were black mailed and given very shabby rooms and after the negotiations we have booked 2 room for 4 night which was converted to 3 night and we had to check out in 3 night fourth night was wasted inspite we have paid for 4 night very bad experience from hotelier and make my trip

So had to book this property last minute because the property I had booked 3 weeks earlier through Agoda said they ddnt have confirmation and there was no resolution provided by Agoda! Yes this also happens through trusted names like Agoda! Again found this property through Agoda. The property wanted advance payment for the entire duration of 5 days + 3 % charges on the credit card over and above gst which was Rs. 36176. And yet room 101 which was allotted ddnt seem like what I had booked through Agoda. The room is not a cottage inside the property but one of the extensions facing the road! So if you opened the only window there was no privacy. The room came with a bed, almirah, ac and mirror with cheap toiletries and drinking water. Linen was clean fortunately. There was no TV or fridge but a tea maker with sachets were available. No options for breakfast or room service but there was a restaurant within the premise serving decent food. Wi-Fi is included but non existent and barely any signal for Airtel. Property was overpriced for its category but Goa is notorious for fleecing tourists during holiday season. The only advantage is Arambol beach is 5 mins away and right next to Harmal parking !

As per the photo, the hotel is not at all, the hotel is not even clean and no food is available around the hotel. Very bad hotel

The room was not clean, no housekeeping were available to clean the room. Toiletries/high tea were not kept ready, curtains and bedsheets very dirty overall we had an average stay at mariners bay beach resort.

Stay was very good, only thing is they didn't had toilet tissue rolls and there fridge was not getting cool. Otherwise its good place to stay with family even there good was very good

Room was very small and unhygienic and durty. It looks like chawl. Food was not good. Electric cattle was dirty. Overall very very bad experience. Don't even try it

Highly disappointed with the quality of the hotel, i regretted booking this hotel as soon as i reached. The rooms were smelly, you will find insects in your rooms and beds, cockroaches will land on you while you are sleeping at night, disgusting room. Management doesn't pay any heed to your concerns they are least bothered. Room tariffs are huge compared to the quality provided. Please avoid this hotel.

Very much terrible stay of my stay, showing too much but have nothing. They are showing pics of cottages and given me room, very much unhygienic, so much garbage just in front of the room, they are not cleaning room even after my request, not changed bedsheet any of the 6night stays. The receptionist is very rude, when i told her that i will not stay if you give service like that, her reply was ok you can leave. Must think 10times before booking this resort.
