We were provided with rooms after a long conversation with the staff and argument with the owner, were trying to call yatra and waited for an hour since there was no quick response from yatra.com we had no choice but to take those worst rooms. The rooms were not up to the mark. We were given the worst rooms of the property and there was no TV in the room and the tv in one room waant working, one AC was not working for almost 6 hours. After complaining they came to check the ac after 6 hours. The exhaust fan area was left open in the washroom.Some of the lights in the room were burnt. Leakage in the ceiling, Ac was leaking, door was making noise. And the worst part was property owner was so rude as he said he did not accept our booking because it was for low price and even said "IF YOU WANT TO STAY THEN STAY OR ELSE YOU CAN GO" this is not the way of talking to the customer. We tried calling yatra customer care for cancellation but no number was available and the one available we were not getting any response on. The owner Mr. Rohit Nageshkar was so arrogant, disgusting and mannerless creature. Will never recommend this place we paid 1462 for per room ..useless, the rooms are not worth 500, I wouldn't even stay there if it was free of cost. That pathetic place and service.

Ужасный гостевой дом...это не 2 🌟 🌟, а просто -3 дно...адское место! Как только мы остались одни самые последние уже почувствовали что что-то не так! Одни минусы: -- _РЕСЕПШЕН_ отличие от реалии, это место выдачи ключей и тут же чья-то ночлежка -- _НОМЕРА_ очень отличается от фотографий: вонючий, пахнет сыростью, темный номер. *Подушки* грязные со следами от плесени. *Постельное бельё* очень старое и жёлтое, как прополоскали в коровьей моче. Телевизор не работает, нет пульта вообще. *Электрический чайник* с перемотанной синей изолентой ручкой. *Кондиционер* без пульта и только в одном режиме работает как морозилка *Сейф* не открывается, попросили ключи от сейфа, в итоге их не оказалось --_Wi-FI_ в номере не ловит, интернета нет --_САНУЗЕЛ_ слив у душевой самый приметивный: просто труба в слив в решетку. Постоянно засоры, в поддоне душевой кабины стоит вода. На потолке плесень и просрочки сверху второго этажа. Очень темно, тусклое освещение. Запах сырости, гнили и мочи -- _ТЕРРИТОРИЯ__ очень маленькая, грязный общественный туалет, без света и без мыльных принадлежностей: нет элементарно ни мыла ни туалетной бумаги На втором этаже, где подают завтраки не работает кран и руки перед едой не помыть. -- _ПЕРСОНАЛ__ угрюмые, злые лица как надзератели колоний строгого режима, даже есть персонажи без глаза. Нет гостеприимности, нет улыбок и доброжелательности вообще -- _ЗАВТРАКИ_ входит в стоимость только сандвич и омлет, кофе/чай Все остальное только платно. Посуда битая, есть сколы практически на всей посуде -- ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСТВО_ каждый день постоянно отключается свет, не работает ничего - нет электричества от 20 минут и больше -УБОКИ В НОМЕРАХ отсутствует вообще, постельное белье и полотенца не меняют, нет мыльных принадлежностей, только один рулон туалетной бумаги. Не рекомендуем, даже предупреждаем НЕ ЕЗДИТЕ СЮДА ВООБЩЕ!!! то не гостевой дом, а турмы. Место где можно получить один негатив, расстройство от испорченного отдыха и ожидания хороших впечатлений. Может даже и болезнь какую типа туберкулёза подцепить или ещё чего похуже!

Хороший,компактный отель недалеко от моря(7мин пешочком).Самое главное,что нет суеты..Номера чистые,кондер работал норм,тел-р только инд.каналы))вай фай на территории никакой(если только 5g).Персонал приветливый.Брали байки при отеле за 500 рупий.На завтраке особого выбора нет(сендвичи и амлет)..Рядом на вверх по главной дороши справа магазин и аптека.Как идешь к морю тоже магазинчики и кафешки..В общем самое то!Однозначно вернулся бы туда.Таскали с моря свежие морепродукты,за 150 рупий в нашем кафе их готовили..
