It was not clean, mouse and other creepy creatures were inside the room, television wasn’t working.

I booked for 28 feb. When i rescheduled for next day, the difference amount is double. Just like new booking. This is not fair. Either make my trip doing fraud or mermaid resort i don't know. But overall my experience is not good

No room service has been provided, rooms not very clean, no water bottle provided by the staff and tea also not provided when i have ordered from menu card they told me to come on reception and take your parcel will not provided in the room

There was voltage fluctuations in top rooms ac and fan was not working properly but hotel person shifted us to ground floor and it was good. Toilet would have been bit more cleaner.

This was a peaceful and comfortable location to stay at Arambol. I visited this place for a vacation. We were offered well lit rooms with AC and well maintained furniture. Check-in process was smooth. Hotel staff was welcoming and really helpful. I enjoyed my stay to the full extent.

Worst staf behavior. Food was good but over charged.. Also too much unsafe about our laggugae packages.. Think wisely while u book the room... Very much better rooms you Wil get at calangute which is very near by to main city.. This resort is fit for nothin
