I would rate this property as 1.5 - 2 stars equivalent to U.S. hotels. * The room is small, a/c noicy. Provided towels are not clean. * Walls are paper thin and what the neighbors are talking or listening to is quite loud. I did not get _any_ sleep because of that. * The building is made of wood and it is super squicky. Any time somebody walks on the 2nd floor or climbing up the stairs there is so much noice created. * The bathroom sink does not have usual Hot/Cold taps, instead you unscrew/loosen the tip of the tap and the water starts coming. * The toilet is an eco-toilet where you don't thow used toilet paper into the toilet. The sign gives the instructions. Instead, place you used toilet paper into a trash for it to smell until the next room cleaning. * The shower stall does not match the pictures. It is just an open space old showerhead and a broken drain hole in the floor. * The room locking is mechanical with some tricky way push-here-roll-there technique. * The cars are parked on the property taking up a lot of walking space. In the evening, the feeling like living on a parking lot. * The check-out is informal, just return the key with no receipts or any paperwork produced even when asked.

Best Stay Ever!!!!! Enjoyed Each And Every Facilities....Super Comfy To Stay !!!! The Food Was Amazing And The Rooms Were Super Comfortable And The Pool ....the cottages are well cleaned and hygienic .....joy to stay!!!

1st thing Goa is a beautiful place, good beaches, roads, there is a lot of places to visit in Goa, sea view restaurants are amazing, But the worst part is Casa Obrigado resort, 1st I booked villa for 4 night, later ROHIT (owner) called me and said there is cottage room which is 10k and he gave me concession price which was 9000, so I did ok to ROHIT and asked him to reserve 1st floor cottage room for me on my arrival date. we both were ok and deal was closed, and I asked for receipt of booking. Rohit asked me to pay 2000 in advance so I paid through online. On my arrival day to CASA OBRIGADO RESORT, we didn’t get 1st floor cottage room, as ROHIT PROMISED. I guess they gave room to someone else and charged extra. MY QUESTION IS THEN WHY DID HE PROMISE ME? 😂. Room was not completely cleaned, carpet was full of hairs, which they didn’t vaccum, Curtain was dirty, unhygienic washroom, A/c was not working, there is nothing as they promised in that resort, OH MY GOD they don’t even give proper information or talk politely and their attitude is like we are staying in that property for free. And the day I check out thing was today, When I went to reception to handover room key, the person who work there said I need to pay 1000 more, I asked why? He said that Rohit sir said. Then I called ROHIT, why I need to pay 1000 Rs when we already discussed about price. ROHIT answered me it was a misunderstanding and ROHIT started arguing me that I must pay 1000 for that I said NO. I asked ROHIT WHY YOU DIDNT TELL ME ALL THIS WHEN I WAS STAYING IN RESORT and WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME WHILE CHECK OUT, He said I can’t argue with you now if you don’t want to pay then don’t pay this is how he talk to his GUESTS who book his property, CASA OBRIGADO OWNER IS A CHEATER. I don’t even want to give 1 rating for CASA OBRIGADO, it’s was very bad experience on my last day. And I don’t know why TRIP ADVISOR GAVE THEM CERTIFICATE OF 4 star property without any inspection. Better to close the CASA OBRIGADO REAORT.

A nice cottage to stay near beach with great hospitality and a clean maintained swimming pool. Location (also close to Arambol beach) is very convenient for roaming around. Food service as well is quite good. Overall a good stay.

Rang the New Year 2022 bell at Casa Obrigado..a resort which is much recommended in Goa.Value for money, safe, well sanitized at all times, warm and hospitable house keeping staff. The owner Mr Rohit Nageshkar is a thorough gentleman and is very helpful. Always ready to provide the best to make your stay comfortable.2 mns away from Arambol beach, adjacent to the market, inhouse restaurant that serves delicious food, prompt room service.All the rooms are well equipped with AC, wifi, fridge, shower,good linen, clean bed and bathroom and each room has a balcony facing the pool. Swimming pool is kept clean at all times. Overall must say we had a wonderful time staying here and would love to visit the property again. Arambol beach itself is a clean beach and has a lot of life. Best place to stay in Goa with family and friends.

My Stay In Casa Obrigado, Was Very Wonderful, Enjoyable, Pleasant, Comfortable, Peaceful. The Hospitality Extended Was Mind Blowing. The Host Rohit And His Team, Went Out Of Their Way To Look After Me, Made Me Comfortable In All Regards. They Surely Know How To Look After Guests, Specially Senior Citizens Like Me. I Am 75 Years Young!!! Wishing Them All Success In The Future. 🙏🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️😃 MADHU MADAN.
