The hotel is generally clean, the rooms are in good condition. However, your nose may get blocked in the hotel rooms and bleed from the blockage. Even if you open the window, it is extremely stuffy. The staff is indifferent and cold. The receptionists at the reception address you as "you" and then play around with words by saying "you".
