Minha última estadia no IBIS Aracruz não foi nada boa. Peguei um quarto com uma vista para uma casa ao lado do hotel, com um ar condicionado muito barulhento, que ou eu deixava ligado e não dormia ou desligava e dormia com dificuldade por estar muito abafado. Ou seja, tive duas noites muito ruins! Pedi para me trocarem de quarto e justifiquei que o problema era o ar condicionado, falaram que não haviam outros quartos disponíveis mas também ninguém se colocou a disposição para verificar o problema. O horário do café da manhã é tarde (6h30) ao ponto de boa parte dos hospedes saírem antes do início do serviço. Antes da abertura do serviço fiquei ao lado de muitas pessoas para ver se poderia pegar parte do serviço e não foi liberado, saí os dois dias que fiquei sem café e vi muitos hóspedes na mesma situação. Muito ruim não servir jantar, não há boas opções na região e o hotel não colabora. Próximos meses irei muito à cidade e não pretendo me hospedar novamente no hotel.
