Our stay at this resort was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were taken great care of by manager Michael who arranged lovely rooms for our family right next door to each other and even took the time to show us the rooms. We had an exceptional time at the Souk Kitchen restaurant for breakfast and dinner each day. We enjoyed the fresh naans and delicious food prepared by Chef Nehal who was also very helpful and we had great and friendly table service from Harsh, Zeerak and Arun. Supervisor Meghna was wonderful thoughout our stay and organised for a special birthday surprise at the restaurant on our last night. A member of the guest services team (very sorry we did not get his name) also arranged lovey birthday decorations in our room at very short notice. Also a special mention to Syed, Khalid and Goodluck for helping with transport arrangements. All the staff were excellent and made our stay very memorable and fun. Well done to you all! We will definitely be returning.

Its my first time to be in maysan me and my family, the suite was excellent my kid enjoyed the private pool, the location is perfect the the design is great it ensures total privacy one of tge reason i decided to accommodate in maysan for a 1 day/night, also the in room dinning food from lacasa was amazing delicious and tasty, sincerely i rate this place a 5 star. Also not to forget about the hospitality my wife, kid and i we recieved from mr Robert and Faizal by carrying us on club car and issuing my kid with a bicycle, also thanks for mrs Noorah and Asha for checking in my family.

The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

This station is the interchange point for three subway lines, which is very convenient. (🛀) Facilities: Fully equipped, free bottled water, coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and the furniture is not new. (👱♀️) Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic and patient, and can store luggage. The little sister also printed ticket orders and hotel orders. (🍽) Catering: Breakfast costs 35 rials (approximately 70 yuan) per person per day, and it is delivered to the room, which is not bad. (💰) Price: The current price on November 13, 2023 is 320 yuan including tax, (excluding breakfast) (🎊) Value for money: Even in Doha, it is very cost-effective. (🇳🇱) Evaluation: 📶The wifi signal is very fast, there is a small restaurant and a small supermarket downstairs; there is only one bedside socket with a square hole and a triangle, you can add one! The bath water is not hot enough! Hope to improve!

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

The view from the room was really nice but I feel like I got scammed because I booked the room with early check-in in advance and when I arrived I was asked to pay for upgrade because they didn’t have the room. I paid because I was dead after the night flight. The furniture in the room is quite old, it has kitchen with no equipment, massive wardrobe like you come there for months :) The breakfast was horrible too, it’s easier to eat somewhere else.

I check in the hotel to have some rest. I was there only for few hours because I had to catch my next flight. Room was clean, overall good hotel.

Excellent hotel, the rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel's convenient location within walking distance to Mirqab Mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. Housam at the front desk, is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. His warm welcome and willingness to assist us with any inquiries or requests enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

We had an 8 hour layover in Doha and decided to go to a hotel for a few hours between flights. We arrived in the middle of the night and unfortunately they didn't find our reservation. This took about 30 minutes to resolve, which shortened our already very short night. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we finally got our room it was very good. Basic, but nice. After a long flight, it felt luxurious to have a bath and stretch out in clean sheets. We used Uber both ways and it was convenient and inexpensive. I would choose this hotel again in Doha.
