Too bad things to go to the hotel to relax then there are maintenance works - the room service man opens the door when I was sleeping - all calls transfer directly to the restaurant - There is no sound insulation between rooms -

This was one of the worst resort stays in Doha. Booked the 2 bedroom villa for a special occasion and whenever we tried to get something delivered it took ages and I had to speak to security and reception multiple times to get it delivered to my room. Room service was horrible too as I ordered a drink and it took 40 minutes to arrive!!!! The extra blankets we ordered were in a terrible condition and they smelled like dust and dirt. The pool floor was cracked in multiple areas which could’ve resulted in injuries and not the quality of a 5 star resort at all. At the end, even our complaints were not taken seriously and we were not compensated for anything. Save your money and don’t stay here!

We had such a wonderful dining experience here! I tried the pasta while my partner had the Arabic mix grill, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The berry mocktail and pineapple juice were refreshing and paired perfectly with our meals. A special mention goes to Zaidan, our waiter, who made the evening extra special. Not only was he attentive and friendly, but he also went above and beyond by suggesting fun activities for us to do during our stay. To top it all off, he surprised us with a complimentary cake to celebrate our honeymoon — such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our night memorable. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the incredible service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
