Traveling to the South France area, arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, the front desk carefully prepared a welcome letter. The weather in the south is really good, you can see the stars in the sky, luckily gave a suite, the room is large, but the castle hotel has a certain year, the internal layout is still very distinctive. The scenery around the hotel during the day is very beautiful, recommended!

Hotel stay was comfortable but the room service allowed yourself to forget about the evening service for three days. Bedding was changed once every three days... but smile and politely promise.

The restaurant is very good, but the level of accommodation is comparable to pape clement, and the price/performance ratio is too low

The hotel is very well placed, which has allowed you to enjoy the perfect conditions of Arcachon. The refreshment of the rooms was light (note for the design of the original lavabo!) and the original common parts was not available. The breakfast was a variety and a variety, but attention, the supplies of the buffet depend largely on the teams present. The hotel is outrageous in historical layout. Super location in city center close to all the best place. Lots of shopping options and best restaurants. near all the night activities. No need for taxi just walk along the main road for sightseeing. Close to convenient public transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Bordeaux. I will return!

Very clean standard room, good service! The central church in the location, the business district is very close, the price is moderate!

L’hôtel est super bien placé et très reposant . La vue est superbe. L’hôtel mériterait une petite rénovation , mais tout le reste est super . Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le personnel est très à l’écoute et gentil.

We recently stayed in this hotel and were impressed by the quality of the renovation. The rooms are modern, well maintained and clean without makeup. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, which has made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are quiet, located outside the street, and some even have a small terrace, which is a real plus. The hotel owner is also very guest friendly and makes guests feel welcome. We can recommend this hotel the warmest for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
