Our families stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the kitchen amenities necessary for making a meal. Breakfast (small fee) had a great variety of choices as well as a restaurant right next door where we had dinners on more than one occasion. It was great to have a pool on the property, it was well utilized by many. Also a bonus to have the convenience of a laundromat and bikes where you could easily ride into the nearby town of Aquileia. The staff were also very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing, room for 140 euro per night. It Looks like a cheap youth hostel: room hardly 9m2, 2 separate beds like a bunk bed, no balcony, just one small window of 0,5 m2, ‘airco system’ gets no lower then 26.7 degrees at 11 pm. No personal service or manned lreception but only online check inn. Just beside a very busy road and no agricultural activity nearby (Agriturismo???). It feels like a fraud and touristic trap. Ok 1 positive point: it is clean.

The check in was okay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were good and the bathroom was clean. The beds were very small. The wi-fi does not reach the rooms. There is a one minute walk restaurant just outside the hostel. Unfortunately it is very far from the center.

Ci siamo fermati in questo agriturismo.. Punto strategico per visitare il porto di Monfalcone e rispettivo museo della navigazione.. MUCA...Abbiamo visitato castello di Duino....e rispettivo bunker e per finire Aquileia...una meraviglia... Personale gentilissimo e colazione abbondante

Eccellente !. Soggiorno in appartamento con la famiglia di 4 persone. Tutto molto bello: pulizia, struttura, piscina, parti comuni, parcheggio interno. Non ho usufruito della colazione in quanto eravamo in formula residence. Sicuramente consigliato.

La struttura,composta da 3 edifici sembra un vecchio borgo con una corte centrale dove è stata inserita una bella piscina. Completamente ristrutturata,offre tutti i confort,posizionata sulla strada che da Aquileia(bellissima)porta a Grado(altrettanto bella);la stessa strada è costeggiata da una pista ciclabile che consiglio di utilizzare per ammirare le bellezze della zona(le biciclette sono fornite gratuitamente dell'agriturismo in qualunque momento). La colazione è eccellente e la pulizia altrettanto. Dispone anche di un locale con lavatrice e asciugatrice. In ultimo la simpatia e la disponibilità dei gestori . La consiglio vivamente per chi voglia visitare quella zona.

Wir würden überrascht. Als Familie mit 2 Kleinkinder war es der perfekte Ort für 5 Nächte: grosses Familienzimmer (2 DZ in Verbindung mit Dusche/WC), geräumig, viel Abstellfläche aber jedoch wie überall keine Haken zum Aufhängen. Frühstück war gut mit leckerem Kuchen, Kapselkaffee war ok, ansonsten jeden Tag dieselben leckeren Sachen, Brot hätte können abwechslungsreicher sein. Toller Pool, kaum salzig, genügend Liegen Guter Ausgangspunkt mit Fahrrädern, die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen, sogar Kinder Räder und Kindersitz für die Räder. Ein Snack und Kaffeeautomat runden das Angebot ab Für Familien wirklich toll, 10 mins von Grado.

Struttura molto bella, piscina e prato inglese perfetti, ci sono le bici a disposizione degli ospiti, il silenzio e il relax sono assicurati, le camere sono funzionali, leggete le istruzioni che aiutano a fruirne, colazione variegata e di ottima qualità con prodotti locali nel bellissimo portico, lo staff è gentilissimo e le torte sono fatte dal proprietario.
