"the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us"

"Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well."

"A luxurious hotel! Freshly renovated and furnished! The hotel smells amazing! The bed linens are amazing, and there's a pillow menu. The beach is gorgeous with white sand, but the water is refreshing. Amazing breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant. The tiramisu is better than in the dessert's homeland. I needed a thermometer, and a hotel medic came to the rescue and gave me a quick checkup. Thank you for your concern!"

It is worth considering: in winter the swimming pools are open until sunset, there is an indoor jacuzzi and baths (separate for men and women; open until 23:00). You can bring one bottle of alcohol and sealed grocery items into the hotel. You cannot bring food from restaurants outside the hotel."

"Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in"
