Staying at Sabbeh’s Wadi Rum camp is an amazing experience from start to finish. He is such a kind and welcoming host. Staying in a cave under the stars is something I’ll never forget. It’s peaceful, magical, and unlike anything else. The tours through canyons, dunes, and incredible viewpoints show you the true beauty of the desert. This place is more than just a camp, it’s a memory that stays with you

I stayed at the camp for 6 days, and I can easily describe it as the highlight of my Jordan trip. The host, Sabbah, is a friendly local Bedouin with unparalleled knowledge and also quick wit and humour. He took me around the desert, in the caves, for small hikes, showed me all the important sites, and cooked for us local delicacies. The campsite is truly surreal with an amazing backdrop of the mountains. At night, you can see the sky full of stars; it is truly unbelievable how starlit the sky is. Honourable mentions: the local tea (I think I am addicted to tea now). The local tea is the tastiest thing I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend! (: Hope to stay there soon, again!

Sabbah è stato molto ospitale e mi ha portato dal Visitor Center al villaggio in jeep sopra di cui ci si poteva comodamente stendere su cuscini e godere il panorama con il vento fra i capelli. La camera ed i bagni erano puliti, la cena e la colazione davvero ricchi e di ottima qualità. Nella notte abbiamo acceso un fuoco e chi voleva poteva fumare shisha, Sabbah ci ha portato a vedere le stelle e la via lattea nel cuore del deserto scattando foto magnifiche. Consigliatissimo!

Un camp extraordinaire, exceptionnel Exceptionnel séjour inoubliable ! Ambiance authentique : Tout était top ! L'accueil bienveillant de Sabah, guide bédouin, au grand cœur, toujours à l'écoute, serviable, et très compétent. Dans le désert, l’emplacement du camp est idéal ; Les installations modernes, très propres, bien entretenus ; Notre tente avec des lits confortables et propres (avec drap du dessus, rare en Jordanie) ; Une salle de douche, Wc, lavabo, eau chaude, où tout fonctionne, tout est propre. Devant chaque tente, un salon en osier sur une terrasse pour admirer le coucher de soleil, et les étoiles. Des repas savoureux, copieux, de qualité, locaux, variés. Et plus encore : soirée autour du feu, wiski bédouin (thé) à volonté … jeux à disposition dans la grande tente. Sabah propose des activités, toutes plus intéressantes les unes que les autres, avec la découverte de paysage à couper le souffle, ... Levé de soleil en montgolfière, excursion en jeep : de magnifiques aventures, une expérience unique, incroyable, inoubliable ! Un merveilleux séjour, une parenthèse hors du temps ! Notre meilleur hébergement (sur 15 jours en Jordanie), et le moins cher ! Fantastique ! Merci Sabah et toute sa famille (une très belle équipe discrète, tous aux petits soins). Je recommande vivement un minimum de 4 jours pour apprécier cette immensité, la tradition et la culture des bédouins.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una splendida tenda tipica beduina nel wadi rum protected area camp,le tende sono spaziose,letti comodi e le più grandi sono dotate di bagno privato mentre le più piccole hanno un bagno in comune. Oltre al pernottamento è compresa la cena,tipica cena beduina con la carne cucinata sotto la sabbia(veramente ottima) e la colazione. Oltre al pernottamento abbiamo deciso di fare un tour nel deserto di circa 4 ore accompagnati da Sabbah,il quale non solo ci ha accompagnati ma ci ha raccontato tutto ciò che vedevamo e ci ha fatto vivere un esperienza unica nel suo genere , abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di conoscere la sua famiglia e i suoi fratelli con i quali gestisce il camp, tutte persone gentilissime e simpatiche. Non saremmo mai voluti tornare a casa, è stata un esperienza indimenticabile e non posso fare altro che consigliarla a tutti.
