The bathroom walls were shedding a white powder that got all over the counters, our stuff and the towels that were provided. They came to check and gave us new towels. We were told that we could use any pools at Tala Bay, but once we were there we were told we could only use the ones at the hotel. All the pools were closed except for the kid pool that was heated. Adult pool was closed and when we found one opened next door we were told we couldn’t use it. We were told that we could do late checkout and stay till 1 but then were asked to leave at 12 because the room was needed. The hotel wasn’t at full capacity. The extra bed we were provided with was broken and smelled like cat litter.

Nice place along the Red Sea with a great team very much customer oriented. The place is huge ! Diving centers in the very close vicinity of the hotel are very convenient. Breakfast buffet is really of good quality with both local offer and international offer. The beach is quite common if not disappointing but pretty much the same as other hotel close by. If you swim a few meters away from the beach you will access coral reefs with beautiful sceneries and fishes surrounding you. A good place to stay a few days.

We had originally booked their sister hotel but they upgraded us to this hotel, and also upgraded us to a seaview room. The check in was lovely and the common areas are beautiful. This place is huge and is basically a whole village which is nice to walk to (internally.) The 5 pools and beach are great. Our room was ok, a bit outdated. Great balcony and lots of space for your suitcase. There was a safe and a fridge which was good but lighting was a bit weird and hard to figure out. We had booked half board. Breakfast was great but due to low occupancy they were offering a set menu. It was not brilliant but it was an exception as evidenced by the good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the upgrade!

The Otel is generally nice, the pools are so good and the sea ıs good too but in the sea, there is so much rock. The rooms are big and clean, just sometimes, toilets making bad smell, the breakfast so good and tasty, every personnel in here are so kind and sweet. Thanks for everything.

Amazing place to relax the whole experience was perfect the staff was supportive and place was clean The place is near to the down town and there is a restaurants inside the hotel the beach is good and they have 5 pools i guess Esraa from the reception help us and support us to upgrade our room due to book issue

Amazing experience the food the room and the service also Esraa from the customer service on the reception she was very kind and supportive with us she gave us upgrade due to wrong book from a office in amman she really made our weekend the experience was amazing due to her support and how she explained to us everything about the hotel department and places and understand our issue
