Having not received anything today 7 April, I called the property to ask for information on the matter and they told me: look, we cannot accept your booking, because after a few days a group confirmed a larger booking than what was said and unfortunately we cannot confirm the room for you . I say: excuse me !!! are you kidding??? If I hadn't called today, would you at least have thought of letting me know??? She replies: yes yes, the director would call her tomorrow. So I say that it is not a serious way to treat a customer and that I would have written a negative review, because other users need to know about what happened to me. Answer: are you threatening us? You have one month to book another facility. I answer: I'm not threatening anyone, because now even if they had found a room, I would never have wanted it and that the negative review, like any reversion, can help me to better understand the management of your structure and that I have a month to carry out another booking, only because I called back to get clarification on the matter. P.s. I just booked at another facility at the same price, but much closer to Rome and with the same one more if not more!!
