Hotel San Michele

Very very bad experience!!! On Wednesday 3 April I was booking a room for the month of May on their website, but to be sure before confirming the booking, I called the property to receive further confirmation of everything. They answered me from a cell phone, someone who was driving a car and in addition to telling me that everything was confirmed, he told me that he would take care of making the reservation. So I said my data and to my question: is everything ok, everything confirmed? He replies: all done, don't worry!!! I ask: excuse me, could you send me an email with the booking confirmation? She replies: yes of course, I'm in the car now, but tomorrow morning I'll send her the confirmation and she'll send me her credit card details as a guarantee. (we don't talk about privacy). Having not received anything today 7 April, I called the property to ask for information on the matter and they told me: look, we cannot accept your booking, because after a few days a group confirmed a larger booking than what was said and unfortunately we cannot confirm the room for you . I say: excuse me !!! are you kidding??? If I hadn't called today, would you at least have thought of letting me know??? She replies: yes yes, the director would call her tomorrow. So I say that it is not a serious way to treat a customer and that I would have written a negative review, because other users need to know about what happened to me. Answer: are you threatening us? You have one month to book another facility. I answer: I'm not threatening anyone, because now even if they had found a room, I would never have wanted it and that the negative review, like any reversion, can help me to better understand the management of your structure and that I have a month to carry out another booking, only because I called back to get clarification on the matter. P.s. I just booked at another facility at the same price, but much closer to Rome and with the same one more if not more!!

Excellent service, as soon as you enter the room there is a fresh and clean scent. Perfect service, very friendly staff, TV in the room, quite heated environment. The breakfast is super from desserts to fresh fruit. I advise.

Absolutely not to be repeated. Very dirty room, nauseating bathroom stench, rudeness and arrogance of the service staff, noise at night... one of the few hotels I have reviewed so negatively but I couldn't do otherwise

The hotel has its pros and cons: The bathroom was discreetly kept but the bathroom door unfortunately didn't close properly and I needed the key to lock it properly, also the USB sockets near the beds didn't work properly . In my opinion, the mattress seemed excessively hard, and the opposite applies to the pillow, however, the sheets and blankets seemed to me to be of excellent quality and otherwise the hotel is excellent, the reception is warm and very helpful, the same applies to the internal environment as well. The buffet was definitely the best thing about my stay: the choice of desserts was particularly careful and what I ate was sublime, furthermore the coffees were excellent in flavor and of good quality. For an overnight stay in Aprilia it is a highly recommended hotel

We stayed 1 night in a large and welcoming quadruple room with air conditioning, fridge in the room, sky service included, everything was clean and well kept, a particular note of merit was the breakfast, which was plentiful and varied. Particular praise goes to the manager who managed to beautifully manage a booking problem by giving a discount and making up for an extra bed. Highly recommended

Small and welcoming structure, very clean with friendly staff.. the spacious rooms with a very large terrace, the abundant and varied breakfast, it is also very easy to park in the area, we stayed for one night and we were surprised by the double bed.. enormous. ..to be recommended..
