Lovely location
Ideal property for a couple. Spacious with a view to the estuary over rooftops. Well equipped and comfortable. 5 min walk to restaurants, deli and shops. Great base to explore North Devon.

What a find
Fantastic stay. Lovely quiet cottage with great views across the estuary to Instow. We loved the Stables. It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and more.
