I needed lodging for the weekend in Apple Valley. Little did I know what a hole this place was. Incompetent management that could not make a reservation correctly, Walls full of poorly patched holes, dry rot in most of the walls at the baseboard. furniture that seemed to be 50 years old. The air register was so coated with dust it hardly was effective. Forget this place!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great owners, front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. I sleep great every time I am here because it's very peaceful and quiet, no riff raff in the parking lot, no traffic all hours of the night, no drama everywhere like other hotels/motels in the area and surrounding areas. I always feel safe and comfortable and never harassed by other guests hanging out everywhere like I do other places, which is very important because I travel alone most of the time. Will always come back again to stay whenever I am in town. Recommend this place 100%.

Very clean rooms, super comfortable beds, great staff amazing scenery close to anything shopping wise and rates are the right price for the place I would recommend staying here to anyone...pet friendly also is the best part and no deposit required for pets...

I stay at this motel during business trips and have been for over 20 years . The manager always makes sure I get the best experience possible and is very organized. I would refer friends and family any time. There are always clean sheets and towels available.

Clean, quiet, owner is nice. Room is very clean and beds are very very very comfortable. We miss the pool very much. Been coming here and staying here for years. Thank you lady for doing this for me. You are nice and helpful I appreciate it. Five stars

5 out of 5 because this hotel is very clean and hotel owner is very friendly and accommodating. I give the 5 stars mainly because you don't have all the madness going on outside your room and you don't get harrassed and followed on your way to your car in the parking lot like other hotels. Never afraid to come out of your room here like other places to stay. Very safe to stay here if you are travelling alone and nothing to worry about during your stay. I like it here even though it is a bit overpriced and the cleanliness of the rooms could be much much better, and in turn, the now $120 they charge, would make more sense. The beds are very comfortable and you will get a good night's sleep. Air conditioning is great and the showers are very good, could be cleaner, in my professional opinion, just like the rooms. If cleaning staff went above and beyond, and did a way more thorough job, $120 a night would gladly be handed over for a night's stay.
