A gem in the rolling green hills of Appenzeller! The hostess was warm and welcoming like we were friends arriving. The room was spacious and spotless and the shower was one of the best we’ve had on the road. Literally dozens of trails available for hikes or bikes right outside the door but also close to the famous hikes of the area. We will definitely return! Especially for the food! Dinner was perfect!

Nice clean room, bit on the small side but room enough for 2. Restaurant very good. Good breakfast. Extremely quiet apart from church bells which started at 6 am. Staff very friendly and helpful. In house parking for bicycles available. Lovely views.

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes, sehr schön renoviertes Zimmer erhalten. Es hat nichts gefehlt, Tee u. Kaffee im Zimmer, Gläser, schönes und sauberes Badezimmer, ruhig gelegen. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr leckeres Essen am Abend.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr saubere und aufwändig renovierte Zimmer in einem urigen Gebäude. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Tolles Frühstück und super leckere Küche mit freundlichem und professionellen Service am Abend. Alles in allem, ein wirklich toller Kurzaufenthalt mit klasse Zugang zum Wandern.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit viel Ambiente und sehr ruhig. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

Établissement confortable et propre, bien situé pour les excursions en montagne. Personnel sympathique et bon restaurant. Attention cependant le restaurant n’est pas ouvert les lundis, mardis et mercredis.
