I used this hotel on the first day of the Great Ocean Road, when I moved from Melbourne to Apollo Bay.
I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than other accommodations.
The cleanliness of the room was commensurate with the price, and it felt like a student dormitory. (lol)
Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, and other amenities were all provided, so I personally didn't have any problems (no toothbrushes).
An international call is required to check in, so be careful about that. If you're looking to keep the price down, this is the place for you.

Very good location, very close to the sea, quiet in a pretty neighborhood.
The owner was easy to contact upon our arrival to collect the keys.
The accommodation was a bit run-down, with non-adjustable air conditioning, no toilet paper provided, and the lamp on the terrace didn't work, making it impossible to stay outside at night.
Overall, it's a good, convenient place to spend the night, as the price was quite reasonable.

The owner just asked me on the phone to get the keys.
The rooms are clean and the parking is OK, but you have to go up the stairs. It's almost like no WiFi. You can connect but can't do anything.
