Staff were super friendly. Hotel was modern and lots of su beds on the beach. Views were also great looking into beach while eating. Restaurant for all inclusive was lovely. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend

Our stay at Mare Blue & Suites was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I’ve never felt so disappointed, frustrated, and disrespected at a hotel. First of all, there was no WiFi, no phone signal, and no connection whatsoever — which made it nearly impossible to communicate with anyone or even use basic services. When we first complained, the staff didn’t even bother to note it down. After raising the issue again, one staff member finally wrote it down and told us that a technician team would come “within a few hours.” No one ever came. When we followed up at the reception, a man started yelling at me, saying we weren’t the only guests and that the hotel had over a thousand rooms — as if that was an excuse for completely ignoring basic service. The food was disgusting and completely inedible. On top of that, the hotel was filthy — we saw roaches and spiders in multiple areas, including our room. The stairs and hallways were never cleaned, and even our room floor was dirty during our entire stay. We tried to request a late checkout as a small compensation for the inconvenience. Two different staff members confirmed that no one was checking into our room for at least three days and said they just needed a manager’s approval. But on the morning of our checkout, another staff member started yelling on the phone with the manager and abruptly told us it was “not possible.” This directly contradicted what we had been told, and one of the other employees even showed us the reservation system proving the room wasn’t booked. The level of disorganization, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guests was shocking. It felt like the staff was trained to argue rather than assist. This was not just a bad experience — it was a waste of money and a complete letdown. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid this place at all costs.
